【摘要】：文章通過(guò)對(duì)護(hù)理專業(yè)碩士研究生教育過(guò)程的幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)(課程設(shè)置、臨床實(shí)踐、專業(yè)學(xué)位設(shè)置、教育質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系、就業(yè)趨向)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)描述目前護(hù)理研究生教育發(fā)展的部分成果,指出各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)展方向,以期為我國(guó)護(hù)理研究生教育提供一定參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current research status of several key links in the process of education of nursing master's graduate students (curriculum, clinical practice, professional degree setting, educational quality evaluation system, employment trend). This paper summarizes and describes some achievements of the development of nursing graduate education at present and points out the direction of further research in each link in order to provide a certain reference basis for nursing graduate education in China.
