【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,國際競爭日趨激烈,競爭涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事、文化、教育等各個方面,其中人才是最寶貴、最重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,人才競爭成為各種競爭因素中核心、關(guān)鍵的部分。高等教育的質(zhì)量水平更是與國際競爭力息息相關(guān),提高研究生素質(zhì)教育是順應(yīng)時代的發(fā)展需求。世界各國均不同程度地調(diào)整教育戰(zhàn)略,進(jìn)一步加大對研究生素質(zhì)教育質(zhì)量的重視程度,重塑高等教育的目標(biāo)和結(jié)構(gòu)。研究生素質(zhì)教育質(zhì)量問題成為一個永恒的話題,注重高素質(zhì)的綜合性人才,已是當(dāng)前社會對人才的需求趨勢。本文探討了研究生素質(zhì)教育的相關(guān)理論問題,如素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)涵、研究生素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)涵,論述了改進(jìn)研究生素質(zhì)教育的意義以及當(dāng)前研究生素質(zhì)教育面臨的新形勢和新要求。為了更好地了解當(dāng)前研究生素質(zhì)教育現(xiàn)狀,以改進(jìn)研究生素質(zhì)教育為目標(biāo),以華北水利水電大學(xué)研究生為研究對象進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查問卷搜集所得數(shù)據(jù)運用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,并借助因子分析、多元回歸分析等統(tǒng)計方法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)處理與分析。根據(jù)研究生素質(zhì)教育存在的思想道德教育、能力培養(yǎng)、個性發(fā)展、身體素質(zhì)、心理健康教育等五個方面問題,分析其問題的成因,并從加強(qiáng)研究生思想道德教育、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新意識與能力、加強(qiáng)研究生個性發(fā)展、提高研究生身體素質(zhì)以及加強(qiáng)心理健康教育等五方面提出改進(jìn)研究生素質(zhì)教育的對策。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the international competition is becoming more and more intense, and the competition involves economic, political, military, cultural, educational and other aspects, among which talent is the most valuable and most important strategic resource, and talent competition has become the core of all kinds of competition factors.The key part.The quality level of higher education is closely related to the international competitiveness.Countries all over the world adjust their educational strategies to varying degrees, further increase the degree of attention to the quality of quality education for postgraduates, and reshape the goal and structure of higher education.The quality of quality education of postgraduates has become an eternal topic. It is the demand trend of the society to pay attention to the comprehensive talents with high quality.This paper probes into the relevant theoretical problems of quality education for postgraduates, such as the connotation of quality education and the connotation of quality education for postgraduates, and discusses the significance of improving the quality education of postgraduates and the new situation and requirements of the quality education for postgraduates at present.In order to better understand the present situation of quality education for graduate students and to improve the quality education of graduate students, a questionnaire survey was carried out among graduate students of North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower.The data collected from the questionnaire were collected by SPSS17.0, and the data were processed and analyzed by factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods.According to the five problems existing in the quality education of postgraduates, such as ideological and moral education, ability cultivation, personality development, physical quality and mental health education, the causes of the problems are analyzed, and the ideological and moral education of graduate students is strengthened.The countermeasures to improve the quality education of postgraduates are put forward in five aspects, such as cultivating innovative consciousness and ability, strengthening the personality development of postgraduates, improving the physical quality of postgraduates and strengthening the education of mental health.
