【摘要】:從古至今,無論是有著輝煌燦爛歷史的文明古國(guó),還是稱霸當(dāng)今世界的西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,都把教育作為立國(guó)之本。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,國(guó)家的發(fā)展、民族的復(fù)興都離不開社會(huì)整體創(chuàng)新能力的提高。研究生作為國(guó)家創(chuàng)新的主體力量和未來科技的領(lǐng)軍人物,研究生的創(chuàng)新能力水平將直接影響甚至決定國(guó)家的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步。因此,建立一套科學(xué)合理的研究生創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)體系不僅是研究生教育發(fā)展的迫切需要,也是促進(jìn)國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力水平整體提升重要途徑之一。 本文對(duì)研究生創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究和總結(jié),并依據(jù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)開展的過程明確了研究生創(chuàng)新能力涵蓋的內(nèi)容。同時(shí),從外部環(huán)境因素、內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素和學(xué)生自身?xiàng)l件因素幾方面對(duì)影響研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的因素和我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)研究生創(chuàng)新能力涵蓋的內(nèi)容和我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題,以通過發(fā)揮評(píng)價(jià)體系的導(dǎo)向作用解決我國(guó)研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題為出發(fā)點(diǎn),有側(cè)重點(diǎn)的構(gòu)建了高校碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。并利用熵值法進(jìn)行客觀賦權(quán),用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)研究生創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行定量評(píng)價(jià),并指出應(yīng)改進(jìn)的方向,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的評(píng)價(jià)效果。最后,針對(duì)我國(guó)研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)存在的問題有針對(duì)性提出了對(duì)策,為我國(guó)研究生教育的發(fā)展提供了參考與和借鑒。
[Abstract]:From ancient times to the present, both the ancient civilization with a splendid history and the western developed countries that seek to dominate the world today have taken education as the foundation for the founding of the country.in the era of knowledge economy, the development of the country, The rejuvenation of the nation can not be achieved without the improvement of the overall innovation ability of the society. As the main force of national innovation and the leading figure in science and technology in the future, graduate students, The level of innovative ability of graduate students will directly affect and even determine the development of the country and social progress. Therefore, it is not only the urgent need to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of graduate students' innovation ability, but also the urgent need for the development of graduate education. It is also one of the important ways to promote the level of national innovation ability. This paper systematically studies and summarizes the related theories of graduate students' innovation ability evaluation, and clarifies the contents of graduate students' innovation ability according to the process of innovation activities. At the same time, from the external environmental factors, This paper analyzes the factors that affect the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability and the problems existing in the cultivation of graduate students' innovative ability at present in China from the aspects of internal environmental factors and students' own conditions. The contents covered and the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative ability of graduate students in China at the present stage, In order to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability by giving full play to the guiding role of the evaluation system, the evaluation index system of innovation ability of graduate students in universities and colleges is constructed, and the objective empowerment is carried out by using entropy method. This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate graduate students' innovation ability, and points out the direction that should be improved to achieve the expected evaluation effect. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability in China, the countermeasures are put forward. It provides reference and reference for the development of graduate education in China.
