【摘要】：正22歲那年,蔡國(guó)榮由上海市南匯縣書(shū)院鄉(xiāng)中心小學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)入成人學(xué)校。而這一轉(zhuǎn),就是31年。報(bào)到那天,教育界一位前輩語(yǔ)重心長(zhǎng)地對(duì)他說(shuō):小學(xué)培養(yǎng)的是接班人,成校培訓(xùn)的是當(dāng)班人,而建設(shè)新農(nóng)村,靠的就是當(dāng)班人,成人教育大有作為啊!對(duì)此,年輕的蔡國(guó)榮的理解是模糊的,而31年的堅(jiān)守,他以勤奮的工作、不懈的努力,對(duì)其作出了詮釋,并不斷為其注入新的內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:At the age of 22, Cai Guorong was transferred to adult school from Shuyuan Township Center Primary School in Nanhui County, Shanghai. And this turn, is 31 years. On that day, a senior in the field of education said to him with great concern: what is trained in primary schools is successors, and those who are trained in adult schools are on duty, and the construction of a new countryside depends on those on duty. Adult education has made a great difference! In this regard, the young Cai Guorong's understanding is vague, but 31 years of persistence, he worked hard, unremitting efforts, made an interpretation of it, and constantly injected new connotations into it.
