“關(guān)系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”:校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的基本職能

【摘要】:國內(nèi)外對校長職能的理解還存在著個體思維、孤立思維、靜態(tài)思維和籠統(tǒng)思維等思維傾向;陬I(lǐng)導(dǎo)"性質(zhì)",將"關(guān)系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"作為校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的一項基本職能,或可彌補當(dāng)前對校長職能理解上的一些不足。在林林總總的關(guān)系中,內(nèi)部關(guān)系、外部關(guān)系與代際關(guān)系最為重要,它們也構(gòu)成了校長"關(guān)系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"職能的主要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:There are individual thinking, isolated thinking, static thinking and general thinking in the understanding of headmaster's function at home and abroad. Based on the "nature" of leadership, "relational leadership" is regarded as a basic function of headmaster leadership, which may make up for some deficiencies in the current understanding of principal's function. The internal relationship, the external relationship and the intergenerational relationship are the most important among the general relationships, and they also constitute the main content of the principal's "relationship leadership" function.
