【摘要】：學校之“名”與“義”本應是相輔相成的,然而,在現(xiàn)實社會中,以學校之“名”行非學校之“義”的現(xiàn)象時有表現(xiàn)。有的時候,人們“以學校的名義”干了一些非學校職責范圍內的事情,阻礙了學校功能的正常發(fā)揮。本文從學校的“名義”這一標志學校的社會符號切入,認為學校應是“名”、“義”相符的社會實在,學校就是“教人育人”的專門機關,教育人、培養(yǎng)人是學校的基本功能,應當成為學校以一貫之的核心價值追求。否則,學校如果偏離了這一基本功能,就會陷入“盛名之下其實難副”的尷尬境界。
[Abstract]:The "name" and "righteousness" of the school should complement each other, however, in the real society, the phenomenon of "doing" in the name of the school is not the "meaning" of the school from time to time. Sometimes, people do non-school duties in the name of the school, which hinders the normal functioning of the school. Starting from the social symbol of the school's "name", this paper holds that the school should be a social reality of "name" and "meaning". The school is the specialized organization of "educating people", and educating and cultivating people is the basic function of the school. Should become the school with consistent core value pursue. Otherwise, if the school deviates from this basic function, it will fall into the awkward state of "reputation."
