【摘要】：學(xué)籍檔案現(xiàn)代化管理是學(xué)校運作中的重要內(nèi)容,如果學(xué)校不注重對學(xué)籍檔案進行現(xiàn)代化管理,將會導(dǎo)致學(xué)生的學(xué)籍轉(zhuǎn)移、升學(xué)等環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)較大問題,最終給學(xué)校的發(fā)展帶來不利,因此,學(xué)校必須加強對學(xué)籍檔案的現(xiàn)代化管理。在實際情況中,很多學(xué)校都不重視遠程教育工作,忽視了對學(xué)籍檔案的管理,而且很多學(xué)籍檔案管理人員的素質(zhì)不高,最終產(chǎn)生了多種隱患。本文主要對現(xiàn)代遠程教育學(xué)籍檔案現(xiàn)代化管理的措施進行分析,針對存在的問題提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:The modernized management of student status archives is an important part of the school operation. If the school does not pay attention to the modernized management of the school status files, it will lead to the students' student status transfer and the promotion of students, and so on. Finally, it will bring disadvantage to the development of the school, therefore, the school must strengthen the modern management of the school status file. In the actual situation, many schools do not attach importance to the work of distance education, ignore the management of student status files, and many students file management staff quality is not high, resulting in a variety of hidden dangers. This paper mainly analyzes the modern management measures of student register files in modern distance education, and puts forward some suggestions for the existing problems.
