延邊地區(qū)漢族學(xué)生肥胖類型與代謝綜合征相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的了解青少年肥胖類型與代謝綜合征(MS)及其組分的相關(guān)性,為有效預(yù)防兒童青少年肥胖及相關(guān)疾病提供依據(jù)。方法選取2009年延邊地區(qū)安圖縣漢族高中畢業(yè)生1 095名,全部測(cè)量身高、體重、腰圍及血壓。以人體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)和腰圍身高比值(WHtR)作為不同類型肥胖指標(biāo),測(cè)定空腹血清三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇及血糖。結(jié)果超重肥胖組的腹型肥胖、高血壓、高血糖及MS檢出率高于正常組(P值均0.01),腹型肥胖組的超重及肥胖、高血壓、高血糖、高TG及MS檢出率高于正常組(P值均0.05)。超重肥胖合并腹型肥胖組的高血壓、高血糖及MS患病危險(xiǎn)性高于任何單一類型肥胖組,腹型肥胖組的高血壓、高血糖、高TG和MS患病危險(xiǎn)性高于超重肥胖組。結(jié)論超重肥胖合并腹型肥胖顯著增加高血壓、高血糖及MS的患病危險(xiǎn),腹型肥胖組的高血壓、高血糖、高TG和MS患病危險(xiǎn)高于超重及肥胖。聯(lián)合應(yīng)用BMI與WHtR可提高對(duì)MS及其組分的預(yù)測(cè)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between obesity type and metabolic syndrome (MS) and its components in order to provide evidence for the prevention of obesity and related diseases in children and adolescents. Methods 1095 Han high school graduates from Antu County, Yanbian area in 2009 were selected to measure their height, weight, waist circumference and blood pressure. Body mass index (BMI) and waist height ratio (WHtR) were used to determine fasting serum triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood glucose. Results the detectable rates of abdominal obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia and MS in overweight and obese group were higher than those in normal group (P0.01), and the prevalence of overweight and obesity, hypertension and hyperglycemia in abdominal obesity group was higher than that in normal group. The detection rate of high TG and MS was higher than that of normal group (P < 0. 05). The risk of hypertension, hyperglycemia and MS in the group of overweight and obesity combined with abdominal obesity was higher than that in the group of single obesity. The risk of hypertension, hyperglycemia, high TG and MS in the group of abdominal obesity was higher than that in the group of overweight and obesity. Conclusion the risk of hypertension, hyperglycemia and MS in abdominal obesity group is significantly higher than that of overweight and obesity group. The risk of hypertension, hyperglycemia, high TG and MS in abdominal obesity group is higher than that in overweight and obesity group. Combined application of BMI and WHtR can improve the predictive effect of MS and its components.
