【摘要】：當(dāng)前在廣西西部農(nóng)村地區(qū)實施的學(xué)校發(fā)展規(guī)劃(SDP)項目所引發(fā)的學(xué)校管理的改革不同于以往的漸進式變革,它給學(xué)校帶來的是一場深刻的適應(yīng)性挑戰(zhàn),直接對學(xué)校、校長以及教師的生存狀態(tài)構(gòu)成沖擊,如果協(xié)調(diào)不好容易導(dǎo)致改革的成效低下乃至于失敗。在此不確定的變革情景下,關(guān)注教師的情感體驗、心態(tài)變化、校長角色調(diào)適、過程的隱性效應(yīng)等學(xué)校反應(yīng)就顯得十分重要。
[Abstract]:The reform of school management caused by the current school development planning (SDP) project in western rural areas of Guangxi is different from the previous gradual change. It brings a profound adaptive challenge to the school and directly to the school. The principal and teachers' living condition is a shock, if the coordination is not good, it will lead to the low effect and even the failure of the reform. In this uncertain situation of change, it is very important to pay attention to the teachers' emotional experience, the change of mentality, the adjustment of the principal's role, the recessive effect of the process and so on.
