【摘要】：正 學校特色建設(shè)是一項有目的、有計劃的系統(tǒng)工程,其首要環(huán)節(jié)是設(shè)計,設(shè)計既集中體現(xiàn)著辦學主體對學校特色的認識,又是學校特色建設(shè)實踐的起點,營建是設(shè)計的延伸,是將設(shè)計的目標變成現(xiàn)實的途徑;品位升格則是一種無止境的后續(xù)工程,學校特色需要不斷地升格,不斷地進入新的境界。 一、學校特色設(shè)計的要求 1.緊緊依托民族特色。 我們所追求的學校特色,首先應(yīng)該具備中國特色。只有具備鮮明的民族風格和民族特色,才能走向世界,參與國際交流。聯(lián)合國教科文組織教育助理總干事波爾先生誠懇地指出:“中國具有豐富的文化遺產(chǎn)和傳統(tǒng),這是很寶貴的,希望中國在對外開放和向西方學習的過程中不要拋棄它們�！边@是真誠的也是中肯的提醒。

Mr. Bohr, assistant director general of UNESCO, said sincerely: "China has a rich cultural heritage and tradition, which is very valuable. I hope that China will not abandon them in the process of opening up to the outside world and learning from the West." This is a sincere and pertinent reminder.
