【摘要】：正2013年習(xí)總書(shū)記在一次講話中指出:"中國(guó)改革經(jīng)過(guò)三十多年,已進(jìn)入深水區(qū),可以說(shuō),容易的、皆大歡喜的改革已經(jīng)完成了,好吃的肉都吃掉了,剩下的都是難啃的硬骨頭。"這段話形象生動(dòng)地表明,我國(guó)發(fā)展面臨一系列突出矛盾和挑戰(zhàn),前進(jìn)路上還有不少阻力和障礙。高校不是世外桃源,社會(huì)多種矛盾、沖突都會(huì)以各種方式?jīng)_擊校園。在當(dāng)前新形勢(shì)下,高校平安建設(shè)在觀念認(rèn)識(shí)、隊(duì)伍建
