【摘要】：正任何組織都不可能僅靠上下級(jí)關(guān)系實(shí)施管理,許多工作需要各平行部門和崗位之間的橫向溝通。這種溝通如果做不好,就可能出現(xiàn)找不到對(duì)應(yīng)人員、或者所有的球拋向一個(gè)人、或者有人接球不傳球等溝通失調(diào)現(xiàn)象。構(gòu)建學(xué)校內(nèi)部的溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)機(jī)制,是解決這一問題
[Abstract]:It is impossible for any organization to manage by the relationship between superior and subordinate. Many jobs require horizontal communication between different departments and positions. If this communication is not done well, there may be communication disorders such as the inability to find a counterpart, or the fact that all the balls are thrown at one person, or that someone receives the ball and does not pass the ball. It is to solve this problem to construct the communication and liaison mechanism within the school.
