【摘要】：五六十年代以來，在科技革命和人力資本理論的推動(dòng)下，世界各國(guó)的教育蓬蓬勃勃發(fā)展起來，但人力資本理論提出的一些重要論斷并未兌現(xiàn)，甚至出現(xiàn)了受教育者大量失業(yè)、教育水平越高失業(yè)率也越高的所謂“文憑疾病”。在這種形勢(shì)下，篩選假設(shè)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，對(duì)人力資本理論提出嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn)，試圖從新的視角，采用新的方法，，探討教育與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系、教育與工資收入的關(guān)系。與此同時(shí)，剖析了“文憑疾病”產(chǎn)生的原因，提出了防治的政策措施的建議
[Abstract]:Since 50s and 60s, in the promotion of scientific and technological revolution and the theory of human capital, world education vigorous development, some important conclusions but human capital theory does not deliver, even the educated massive unemployment, the higher the level of education and unemployment is higher the so-called "diploma disease" in this situation. The screening hypothesis, came into being, put forward a serious challenge to the theory of human capital, trying to from a new perspective, using a new method, to explore the relationship between education and the development of social economy, the relationship between education and income. At the same time, analyzes the causes of "diploma disease", and puts forward the prevention policy measures
