【摘要】：隨著人們對學(xué)習(xí)社會認(rèn)識的不斷深入,學(xué)習(xí)社會的基本細(xì)胞——學(xué)習(xí)型組織,日益得到廣泛的重視。本文從學(xué)習(xí)型組織的基本特點(diǎn)入手,引出學(xué)習(xí)型組織的典范——學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校。從什么是學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校、學(xué)校里教師學(xué)習(xí)的特點(diǎn)、學(xué)校應(yīng)為社區(qū)做出貢獻(xiàn)等幾個方面,說明學(xué)習(xí)型學(xué)校應(yīng)該在學(xué)習(xí)社會的創(chuàng)建中發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用,成為學(xué)習(xí)型組織的典范,促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)社會的形成。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of people's understanding of learning society, learning organization, the basic cell of learning society, has been paid more and more attention. Leading to the model of learning organization-learning school. From what is a learning school, the characteristics of teachers in the school, the school should contribute to the community, and so on. It shows that the learning school should play its due role in the establishment of the learning society, become the model of the learning organization and promote the formation of the learning society.
