【摘要】：社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷促使公民社會(huì)成為社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的重要組成部分。本土化的公民社會(huì)理念為學(xué)校變革提供了背景因素和理念支持。學(xué)校變革不僅要適應(yīng)這種外部環(huán)境的變化,也要主動(dòng)開辟一種治理的路徑。這種路徑分為對(duì)學(xué)校的治理和學(xué)校共同體內(nèi)的道德領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。在此二重作用下,校長權(quán)力在本義、來源和運(yùn)行上都將發(fā)生深刻的變化。
[Abstract]:The change of social structure promotes the civil society to become an important part of the socialist harmonious society. The localization of the concept of civil society provides background factors and conceptual support for the school reform. The school reform should not only adapt to this kind of outside. Changes in the environment. We should also take the initiative to open up a path of governance. This path is divided into the governance of the school and the moral leadership in the school community. Profound changes will take place in both source and operation.
