美國教師教育之“品性”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)探微

【摘要】:當(dāng)代美國教師教育的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可分為三個(gè)維度:知識(shí)、技能、品性。它與傳統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同之處在于"品性"取代了原有的"態(tài)度"成為新的一維。"品性"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的提出克服了教師道德教育忽視實(shí)際工作表現(xiàn)的缺點(diǎn),把教師道德教育的理論標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與實(shí)踐緊密結(jié)合起來。教師品性的評價(jià)主要借助觀察。"品性"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)最大問題在于缺乏一個(gè)明確的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The standards of teacher education in contemporary America can be divided into three dimensions: knowledge, skill and character. It differs from traditional standards in that "character" replaces the original "attitude" as a new dimension. The standard of character "overcomes the shortcoming that teachers' moral education neglects the actual work performance, and closely combines the theoretical standard and practice of teachers' moral education." The evaluation of teachers' character mainly depends on observation. The biggest problem of "character" criterion lies in the lack of a clear evaluation standard.
