【摘要】：文化選擇與文化定位一直是學(xué)校文化建設(shè)面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型加劇的背景下,學(xué)校文化路向的迷失與選擇的困惑越來(lái)越顯著。學(xué)校文化路向的叩問(wèn)旨在展示當(dāng)前學(xué)校文化建設(shè)面臨的選擇危機(jī),應(yīng)該重視文化傳承和文化創(chuàng)造的自主性,確立主導(dǎo)性的文化追求與文化使命;學(xué)校文化的重建與選擇應(yīng)以中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為根基,在與現(xiàn)代文化交流與融合的過(guò)程中建立屬于我們自己的文化傳統(tǒng)與價(jià)值體系;學(xué)校文化的發(fā)展應(yīng)清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)自覺(jué)與自然兩個(gè)不同的發(fā)展階段,力求將學(xué)校文化自然地融入學(xué)校教育。
[Abstract]:Cultural choice and cultural orientation have always been the realistic dilemma in the construction of school culture. Under the background of social transformation, the confusion of the direction of school culture and choice is becoming more and more obvious. The inquiry of the direction of school culture aims to show the crisis of choice faced by the construction of school culture at present, to attach importance to the cultural inheritance and the autonomy of cultural creation, and to establish the dominant cultural pursuit and cultural mission. The reconstruction and selection of school culture should be based on Chinese excellent traditional culture and establish our own cultural tradition and value system in the process of exchanging and merging with modern culture. The development of school culture should clearly understand the two different stages of development of consciousness and nature and strive to integrate school culture naturally into school education.
