小學(xué)生心智教育研究

【摘要】:心智教育,就是教師運(yùn)用正確的世界觀、認(rèn)識(shí)論、方法論,通過(guò)實(shí)施制度化來(lái)啟迪教育學(xué)生,有目的、有計(jì)劃、有組織地開(kāi)發(fā)學(xué)生的心、智,提高學(xué)生道德管理能力、生活自主能力和社會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)能力的教育模式。它強(qiáng)調(diào)的是自化,不是教化,是自性的自覺(jué)自悟,根本宗旨是自心的解放,因此也可以說(shuō)是心本教育。心智教育與我國(guó)教育的整體目的一致,是把學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為社會(huì)主義的建設(shè)者和接班人。本研究的主要目標(biāo)是通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)生心智規(guī)律的研究與實(shí)踐,要實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)的規(guī)范化的教育與教學(xué),從而提高教育、教學(xué)的質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)出符合現(xiàn)代教育目標(biāo)的四有新人。 1.具體目標(biāo)有如下幾項(xiàng): (1)建立起適合寬平小學(xué)學(xué)生心理發(fā)展的語(yǔ)文、外語(yǔ)、數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)方式。 (2)建立起適合學(xué)生心理發(fā)展的德育方式,增強(qiáng)德育的實(shí)效性。 (3)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的健康創(chuàng)新心理,使學(xué)生的個(gè)性特長(zhǎng)得到充分展示。 (4)讓教師在教育、教學(xué)工作中遵循規(guī)律,愛(ài)崗敬業(yè),培養(yǎng)出一批專業(yè)化的教師人才。 2.“心智教育”研究的內(nèi)容 (1)用教育心理學(xué)的理論抓好教學(xué),促使學(xué)生形成心智技能。 (2)把握兒童的德育心理過(guò)程,促使學(xué)生形成正確的道德認(rèn)識(shí)、道德情感、道德意志、道德行為,開(kāi)發(fā)學(xué)生的心、智。 (3)發(fā)展學(xué)生的興趣愛(ài)好,著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的個(gè)性特長(zhǎng)。 3.心智教育研究的方法 主要采用行動(dòng)研究法,此研究與校本教研結(jié)合起來(lái),定期寫(xiě)好教育、教學(xué)隨筆、敘事記錄,做好科學(xué)的分析、歸納、總結(jié),抽象出科學(xué)的規(guī)律。最后在總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,找到成績(jī)與不足,以便在新的一輪研究中提升研究的水平和能力。 4.研究的成果 學(xué)校形成了“心智育人,和諧發(fā)展”的特色教育教學(xué)模式。做到面向全體學(xué)生,全面提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。并以人文精神為主要內(nèi)容的“四氣”教育活動(dòng),注重了學(xué)生“文氣、剛氣、朝氣和靈氣”的培養(yǎng)。初步構(gòu)建了“班級(jí)活動(dòng)—社團(tuán)化、課堂教學(xué)—生活化、課外活動(dòng)—社會(huì)化”的教育模式,積極創(chuàng)辦管理規(guī)范、質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)異、特色鮮明的義務(wù)教育示范校,為創(chuàng)辦義務(wù)教育規(guī)范化學(xué)校奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Mental education means that teachers use correct world outlook, epistemology, and methodology to enlighten students by implementing institutionalization to develop students' mind, intelligence, and moral management ability in a purposeful, planned and organized manner. The educational model of independent living ability and social coordination ability. It emphasizes self-education, not enlightenment, self-consciousness and self-realization, and its fundamental aim is the liberation of self-mind, so it can also be said to be heart-oriented education. The whole purpose of mental education is to train students to become socialist builders and successors. The main goal of this study is to realize the standardized education and teaching of science through the research and practice of students' mental laws, so as to improve the quality of education and teaching, and to cultivate four new people who conform to the goal of modern education. The specific objectives are as follows: (1) to establish a suitable language, foreign language, and mathematics teaching methods for the students' psychological development in Kuanping Primary School; (2) to establish a moral education mode suitable for the students' psychological development. Strengthen the effectiveness of moral education. (3) cultivate the students' healthy and innovative psychology, so that the students' personality characteristics are fully displayed. (4) let teachers follow the rules in education and teaching work, love their jobs and work hard. Cultivate a group of professional teachers. 2. The contents of the study of "Mental Education" are as follows: (1) to do a good job in teaching with the theory of educational psychology, and (2) to grasp the psychological process of children's moral education, and to promote the students to form a correct moral understanding. The method of mental education research mainly adopts action research, which combines with school-based teaching and research, writes regularly education, teaching essays, narrative records, makes scientific analysis, induces, summarizes and abstracts scientific laws. Finally, on the basis of summing up, to find the achievements and deficiencies in order to improve the level and ability of research in the new round of research. 4. The research achievement school has formed the characteristic education teaching mode of "the mind educates the person, the harmonious development". To face all students, improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way. The "four Qi" education activities, which mainly focus on humanistic spirit, focus on the cultivation of students'"Wen Qi, Gang Qi, Chao Qi and Reiki Qi". This paper preliminarily constructs the educational model of "class activity-corporatization, classroom teaching-life adaptation, extracurricular activity-socialization", and actively establishes a model school of compulsory education with excellent quality and distinctive characteristics. For the establishment of compulsory education standardized schools laid a solid foundation.
