【摘要】：評(píng)價(jià)偏見(jiàn)涉及考試的公平性,是由經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育、技術(shù)等各方面因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。評(píng)價(jià)偏見(jiàn)的類型包括平均分差異、題目功能差異、錯(cuò)誤解釋成績(jī)、性別或種族內(nèi)容、內(nèi)容和經(jīng)歷不同、選拔決策采用的統(tǒng)計(jì)模型、錯(cuò)誤的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)量工具等造成的評(píng)價(jià)偏見(jiàn)。評(píng)價(jià)偏見(jiàn)不僅影響考生個(gè)人發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),而且危害社會(huì)公平。鑒別評(píng)價(jià)偏見(jiàn)可用審判的方法和實(shí)證的方法。對(duì)美國(guó)評(píng)價(jià)偏見(jiàn)的研究有助于完善我國(guó)考試,促進(jìn)考試公平。
[Abstract]:Evaluation bias, which involves the fairness of examination, is the result of economic, educational and technical factors. The types of evaluation bias include differences in average scores, functional differences in topics, misinterpretation of achievements, gender or race content, content and experience, statistical models used in selection and decision making, and erroneous standard measurement tools. Evaluation bias not only affects the opportunity of individual development, but also endangers social equity. Discrimination and evaluation bias can be judged by the method of trial and empirical method. The research on American evaluation bias is helpful to perfect the examination and promote the fairness of the examination.
