【摘要】:"教師發(fā)展自覺"源于"生命自覺"和現實需求。引導教師實現發(fā)展自覺的兩個主要策略是:激發(fā)每位教師實現自我價值的"內在原動力",關注每位教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的"內在導向力"。
[Abstract]:Teachers'consciousness of development originates from the consciousness of life and the demand of reality. The two main strategies to guide teachers to realize their development consciousness are: to inspire each teacher to realize his own value "internal motive force" and to pay attention to the "inner guiding force" of each teacher's professional development.
