【摘要】：目的探討大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任和網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持的關(guān)系。方法采用"網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任問(wèn)卷"和"大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持問(wèn)卷"對(duì)340名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行測(cè)量。結(jié)果①在性別變量上,男大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任(t=2.315,P0.05)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持(t=4.414,P0.01)得分均高于女大學(xué)生;在網(wǎng)齡變量上,大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任得分差異不顯著(F=1.199,P0.05),而網(wǎng)齡為0～3年的大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持得分顯著低于網(wǎng)齡為3年以上的大學(xué)生(F=9.014,P0.01);②大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持總分以及各因子分均與網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任存在顯著性相關(guān)(r=0.367,0.434,0.138,0.152,0.215;P0.05);③大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持是網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任的有效預(yù)測(cè)變量,其中情感支持對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任的有效預(yù)測(cè)作用最大。結(jié)論大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持是網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任的重要影響因素,可通過(guò)提高大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持水平來(lái)提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任水平和預(yù)防網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際信任危機(jī)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between network interpersonal trust and network social support for college students.Methods 340 college students were measured by Internet interpersonal Trust questionnaire and College Student Network Social support questionnaire.Results (1) in terms of gender variables, male college students' scores of online interpersonal trust and social support were higher than those of female students, and the scores of male college students were higher than those of female college students, while those of male college students were higher than those of female college students, while those of male college students were significantly higher than those of female college students.There was no significant difference in the score of college students' network interpersonal trust. However, the score of network social support for college students with a network age of 0 ~ 3 years was significantly lower than that of college students with a network age of more than 3 years. The total score of network social support and the scores of all factors were all lower than those of students with a network age of more than 3 years.There is a significant correlation between social support and network interpersonal trust. 0.3670.434 / 0.1380.152 / 0.215P0.05The social support of college students is an effective predictor of network interpersonal trust.Emotional support is the most effective predictor of network interpersonal trust.Conclusion the network social support of college students is an important influence factor of network interpersonal trust. It can improve the level of network interpersonal trust and prevent the crisis of network interpersonal trust by improving the level of college students' network social support.
