【摘要】：寫反思日記是提高教師專業(yè)水平的重要手段。在教師培訓(xùn)中,教師反思日記陳述的分析工具能夠用圖形的形式表明日記陳述的具體或抽象、認(rèn)知性或情緒性的程度。教師反思日記不僅為教師教育者或培訓(xùn)者與教師之間建立了對(duì)話的基礎(chǔ),有助于發(fā)展教師的認(rèn)知能力與自我理解能力,而且還能提高教師培訓(xùn)的實(shí)用性和針對(duì)性。
[Abstract]:Writing reflective diaries is an important means to improve teachers' professional level. In teacher training, the analytical tools of teachers' reflective diary statements can show the concrete or abstract of diary statements in the form of graphics. Teacher introspection diary not only establishes the basis of dialogue between teacher educators or trainers and teachers, but also helps to develop teachers' cognitive ability and self-understanding ability. Moreover, it can improve the practicability and pertinence of teacher training.
