深圳市寶安區(qū)小學(xué)生校園心理暴力行為干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)不同干預(yù)措施對(duì)小學(xué)生校園心理暴力的干預(yù)效果。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法 ,以深圳市寶安區(qū)3~5年級(jí)3 843名小學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,并隨機(jī)分為生活技能,行為強(qiáng)化,健康教育和對(duì)照組。干預(yù)前后分別進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。按1∶1∶1多組平行對(duì)照試驗(yàn),分別對(duì)干預(yù)組學(xué)生實(shí)施健康教育、生活技能教育和行為強(qiáng)化干預(yù),對(duì)照組為常規(guī)教學(xué)管理,1年后進(jìn)行效果評(píng)估。結(jié)果調(diào)查3 843名小學(xué)生,校園心理暴力行為發(fā)生率為78.7%。干預(yù)后學(xué)生人群的認(rèn)知評(píng)分為(57.7±5.8)分,高于干預(yù)前(54.4±8.5)分,其中除健康教育組外,干預(yù)組認(rèn)知評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組。干預(yù)后學(xué)生校園心理暴力(67.0%)低于干預(yù)前(78.7%),且干預(yù)組校園暴力發(fā)生率均低于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論深圳市寶安區(qū)小學(xué)生校園心理暴力行為發(fā)生普遍,各干預(yù)措施在降低心理暴力行為發(fā)生、改善暴力認(rèn)知方面效果較好;建立以健康教育為基礎(chǔ),行為強(qiáng)化和生活技能干預(yù)為輔的校園暴力干預(yù)模式,將有效遏制我國(guó)當(dāng)前校園暴力嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of different intervention measures on psychological violence in primary school students. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to study 3 843 pupils of grade 3 / 5 in Baoan District of Shenzhen City. They were randomly divided into life skills, behavior enhancement, health education and control group. Questionnaires were conducted before and after intervention. According to 1:1:1 multi-group parallel control trial, health education, life skills education and behavior strengthening intervention were given to students in the intervention group, and routine teaching management was used in the control group, and the effect was evaluated one year later. Results among 3 843 primary school students, the incidence of psychological violence on campus was 78.7%. After intervention, the cognitive score of the students was (57.7 鹵5.8), which was higher than that of the pre-intervention (54.4 鹵8.5). Except for the health education group, the cognitive score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group. After intervention, the psychological violence in campus (67.0%) was lower than that before intervention (78.7%), and the incidence of campus violence in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion the psychological violence behavior of primary school students in Baoan District of Shenzhen City is widespread, and the intervention measures can reduce the occurrence of psychological violence and improve the cognition of violence. The establishment of a school violence intervention model based on health education and supplemented by behavior strengthening and life skills intervention will effectively curb the current severe situation of campus violence in China.
