【摘要】：作為工作場(chǎng)所學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域具有影響力的術(shù)語(yǔ),"實(shí)踐共同體"受到了諸多研究者的關(guān)注和詮釋。由于實(shí)踐共同體概念始終未得到規(guī)范的、可操作化的界定,它被學(xué)界以一種完全不同的、甚至有沖突的方式采納和使用,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致它最初所具有的分析性力量、批判性目的以及核心理論思想面臨被丟失的危險(xiǎn)。通過對(duì)實(shí)踐共同體概念原出處的文本分析,厘清了實(shí)踐共同體概念的內(nèi)涵、思想及轉(zhuǎn)化,并呼吁重回作為分析性視角的實(shí)踐共同體概念。
[Abstract]:As an influential term in the field of workplace learning, "Community of practice" has been concerned and interpreted by many researchers. Since the concept of community of practice has never been standardized and operable, it has been adopted and used by scholars in a completely different, even conflicting way, leading to its original analytical power. Critical purposes and core theoretical ideas are in danger of being lost. Through the text analysis of the provenance of the concept of practical Community, this paper clarifies the connotation, thought and transformation of the concept of Community of practice, and calls for a return to the concept of Community of practice as an analytical perspective.
