大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)與應(yīng)對(duì)方式、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的:探討大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)與應(yīng)對(duì)方式、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持的關(guān)系,為培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)提供理論依據(jù)。方法:采用中國(guó)大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)量表、簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問(wèn)卷、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持量表,對(duì)671名在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:1積極心理品質(zhì)各維度得分均顯著高于全國(guó)常模均值3(t=28.18~56.42,P0.001),并在人性與愛(ài)(4.17±0.54)、正直與勇氣(4.13±0.52)、正義與合作(4.00±0.54)3個(gè)維度上得分較高,在自我管理與謙遜維度上得分較低(3.62±0.57);2積極心理品質(zhì)各維度得分在是否獨(dú)生子女、城鄉(xiāng)兩個(gè)變量上無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);在性別上的得分存在顯著差異(t=-3.067,P0.01);除自我管理與謙虛這一維度外,其它維度在年級(jí)上得分均存在顯著差異(F=3.060~11.210,P0.05);3積極心理品質(zhì)各維度得分與積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式(r=0.283~0.380,P0.05)、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持(r=0.210~0.311,P0.05)存在極其顯著正相關(guān),正直與勇氣與消極應(yīng)對(duì)存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.098,P0.05);4積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對(duì)積極心理品質(zhì)總均分及各維度均有顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)效應(yīng),消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)正直與勇氣、人性與愛(ài)、正義與合作、靈性與超越、積極心理品質(zhì)總均分有顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)效應(yīng)。積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式、消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式和領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對(duì)積極心理品質(zhì)各維度及總均分的累積解釋度為9.5%~19.2%。結(jié)論:大學(xué)生積極心理品質(zhì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r良好;積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式與領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對(duì)積極心理品質(zhì)有一定正向預(yù)測(cè)作用,消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)積極心理品質(zhì)有一定負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the positive psychological quality and coping style of college students, understand the relationship between social support and provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of positive psychological quality of college students. Methods: 671 college students were investigated with the Chinese College students' positive Psychological quality scale, simple coping style questionnaire and perceived Social support scale. Results the scores of each dimension of positive psychological quality of 1: 1 were significantly higher than the national norm average of 3 (t28.1856.42p0.001), and the scores were higher in the three dimensions of humanity and love (4.17 鹵0.54), integrity and courage (4.13 鹵0.52), justice and cooperation (4.00 鹵0.54), justice and cooperation (4.00 鹵0.54). The scores of positive psychological quality in the dimensions of self-management and humility were (3.62 鹵0.57) and (3.62 鹵0.57). There was no significant difference between urban and rural variables in terms of whether the only child was the only child (P0.05), but there was a significant difference in the scores of gender (t -3.067g, P0.01), except for the dimension of self-management and modesty, there was no significant difference between urban and rural variables (P0.05), except for self-management and modesty. The scores of other dimensions were significantly different in grade (F0. 060 / 11. 210). The scores of each dimension of positive mental quality were significantly correlated with the positive coping style (r = 0. 283, P < 0. 380), and the scores of perceived social support (r = 0. 210 ~ 0. 311 / P) were significantly positively correlated with the scores of positive coping style (r = 0. 283, P < 0. 380). There was a significant negative correlation between integrity and courage and negative coping (r-0.098) positive coping styles. Social support had significant positive predictive effects on total average scores and dimensions of positive psychological traits. Negative coping styles had significant positive predictive effects on integrity and courage, human nature and love. Justice and cooperation, spirituality and transcendence, total mean score of positive psychological quality have significant negative predictive effect. The cumulative explanation of positive coping style, negative coping style and perceived social support to each dimension and total mean score of positive psychological quality was 9.519. 2%. Conclusion: the positive psychological quality of college students is developing well, positive coping style and perceived social support have positive predictive effect on positive psychological quality, and negative coping style has certain negative predictive effect on positive psychological quality.
