【摘要】：教學(xué)技能視頻訓(xùn)練是利用微格教學(xué)原理,在校本研究中,以參與教師自身的教學(xué)錄像視頻為研究材料,以視頻為媒介,以"優(yōu)秀"的教學(xué)技能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去反思、優(yōu)化教師的課堂教學(xué)行為,從而達(dá)到提升教師教學(xué)設(shè)計能力,實現(xiàn)高效課堂為目的的一種研究方法。它是按照教學(xué)技能形成了解、模仿、整合、熟練四個階段設(shè)計訓(xùn)練步驟,視頻訓(xùn)練具有記錄的全息性、資源的反復(fù)利用及真實、生動等特點。
[Abstract]:Video training of teaching skills is based on the principle of microteaching. In the school-based research, the participating teachers' own teaching video is used as the research material, the video is used as the medium, and the standard of "excellent" teaching skills is used to reflect on it. It is a research method to optimize teachers' classroom teaching behavior and to improve teachers' teaching design ability and to realize efficient classroom teaching. It is designed according to the four stages of understanding, imitation, integration and proficiency in teaching skills. Video training has the characteristics of recording holography, repeated utilization of resources, authenticity and vividness, and so on.
