【摘要】：變革時(shí)代的教育公平問題及其政策治理的背后,隱藏著深刻的值得反思的社會正義問題。當(dāng)代正義理論的發(fā)展,為從"制度倫理"視角反思教育政策正義性提供了思想資源。以當(dāng)代正義理論的分配、承認(rèn)與代表權(quán)的三重維度,"先驗(yàn)制度主義"和"現(xiàn)實(shí)比較主義"的兩種進(jìn)路為基礎(chǔ),建構(gòu)一種多維的教育正義觀,反思教育政策設(shè)計(jì)的程序正義,為教育制度"正義"構(gòu)想的價(jià)值辯護(hù),并倡導(dǎo)對日常教育生活中"不正義"的積極消除。
[Abstract]:Behind the problem of educational fairness and its policy governance in the times of change, there is a profound problem of social justice worthy of reflection. The development of contemporary justice theory provides ideological resources for reflection on the justice of educational policy from the perspective of institutional ethics. Based on the distribution of contemporary justice theory, the triple dimension of recognition and representation, the two approaches of "transcendental institutionalism" and "realistic comparitionism", this paper constructs a multi-dimensional view of educational justice and reflects on the procedural justice of educational policy design. It defends the value of the concept of "justice" in education system, and advocates the positive elimination of "injustice" in daily educational life.
