【摘要】：教育質量的提升關鍵在于教師素質的提升,高校教師在未來本科教育信息化發(fā)展中起著重要作用。信息技術改變了傳統(tǒng)的教學方式,改變了學生的學習方式,激發(fā)了學生的學習興趣。高校教師應具備各種信息化應用能力,包括教學信息素養(yǎng)、基本的信息系統(tǒng)運用能力、教學資源設計開發(fā)能力、基于教學平臺的綜合應用能力和信息技術與課程整合能力等。提升高校教師的信息化應用能力可以通過自主學習、協(xié)作學習、基本培訓、訪學進修和模仿學習等方式實現。
[Abstract]:The key to the improvement of education quality lies in the improvement of teachers' quality. College teachers play an important role in the future development of undergraduate education information. Information technology has changed the traditional teaching method, changed the students' learning style and aroused the students' interest in learning. Teachers in colleges and universities should have all kinds of abilities of information application, including teaching information literacy, basic ability of using information system, ability of designing and developing teaching resources, comprehensive application ability based on teaching platform and ability of integrating information technology with curriculum, etc. It can be realized by autonomous learning, cooperative learning, basic training, visiting and learning, imitating learning and so on.
