實(shí)訓(xùn)課程翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂小組合作學(xué)習(xí)策略探究

【摘要】:在實(shí)訓(xùn)課程的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,合作學(xué)習(xí)是提高課堂教學(xué)效果的有效手段,但是在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)合作學(xué)習(xí)中有搭便車和保守現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,影響了合作學(xué)習(xí)成效。文章分析了合作學(xué)習(xí)中的囚徒困境現(xiàn)象,以《平面動畫制作實(shí)訓(xùn)課程》為例,從教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)、分組、教學(xué)實(shí)施及教學(xué)評價四個方面作了具體探討。以囚徒困境為理論基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的合作學(xué)習(xí)策略,能提高課堂合作學(xué)習(xí)效率,促進(jìn)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的高效開展。
[Abstract]:In practice, cooperative learning is an effective means to improve the effect of classroom teaching. However, in teaching practice, it is found that there are free riders and conservative phenomena in cooperative learning, which affect the effectiveness of cooperative learning. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of prisoners' dilemma in cooperative learning, taking the practical training course of making plane Animation as an example, discusses concretely from four aspects of teaching content design, grouping, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. The cooperative learning strategy based on prisoners' Dilemma can improve the efficiency of classroom cooperative learning and promote the efficient development of flipped classroom.
