【摘要】:正要實(shí)現(xiàn)教育的公平發(fā)展,就要加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。實(shí)施干部教師輪崗交流,便是師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的有效途徑。然而,這種輪崗交流不能簡單地采取削峰填谷、人走戶走、機(jī)械的走馬燈方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)資源的空間轉(zhuǎn)移,應(yīng)該通過優(yōu)秀干部的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教師教育成果的輻射帶動(dòng),盤活存量,形成增量,這才是輪崗交流的根本和實(shí)質(zhì)。北京市東城區(qū)作為首都功能核心區(qū),地域狹
