【摘要】：心理資本建設(shè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)高校踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的重要體現(xiàn)。高校心理資本建設(shè)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵循心理思想建設(shè)規(guī)律,明確高校教育的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向。心理活動(dòng)是行為方向的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)力,完善的心理建設(shè)能夠起到最佳的心理效能。高校應(yīng)該積極地將心理資本建設(shè)規(guī)律應(yīng)用到社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的建設(shè)中,充分發(fā)揮人才的主觀能動(dòng)性,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的實(shí)效性。研究證明,高校社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系視域下心理資本建設(shè)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展的思想,注重心理資本建設(shè)的實(shí)效價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The construction of psychological capital is an important embodiment of the practice of socialist core values in colleges and universities, and the construction of psychological capital in colleges and universities should strictly follow the law of psychological ideological construction. Make clear the value orientation of higher education. Psychological activity is the internal driving force of behavior direction. Perfect psychological construction can play the best psychological efficiency. Colleges and universities should actively apply the law of psychological capital construction to the construction of socialist core value system, and give full play to the subjective initiative of talents. The study proves that the construction of psychological capital under the view of socialist core value system in colleges and universities should adhere to the idea of innovation and development and pay attention to the practical value of the construction of psychological capital.
