【摘要】：加州州立大學北嶺分校(CSUN)艾斯納教育學院(Michael D.Eisner College of Education)現(xiàn)任院長邁克爾·斯巴格納(Michael E.Spagna)教授同時擔任加州州立大學教育學院院長聯(lián)合理事會會長、洛杉磯區(qū)域高等教育機構(gòu)促進教改聯(lián)盟(Institutions of Higher Education Consortium for the LA Compact)主席、CSUN"數(shù)學與科學教師培養(yǎng)計劃"(MSTI)負責人。他在CSUN領(lǐng)導了由卡內(nèi)基基金會、安納伯格基金會和福特基金會資助的"新時代教師"項目,并在迪斯尼公司艾斯納教育基金會的捐助支持下創(chuàng)建了以創(chuàng)新教學及提高教育工作者素質(zhì)為重點的教與學研究發(fā)展中心(Center for Teaching and Learning),出任該中心的首席講座教授主任。之前他曾獲得北嶺分校的卓越教學獎并擔任教授理事會主席。目前,斯巴格納教授正在計劃籌建CSUN比較教育中心。為深入了解該中心的籌建計劃以及美國教師教育、特殊教育、認知心理學等領(lǐng)域的最新發(fā)展方向,本刊對斯巴格納教授進行了專訪。斯巴格納教授認為,中美兩國在教育領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的合作空間,相互的借鑒學習對彼此都具有重要意義。艾斯納教育學院希望建立比較教育中心,致力于研究中國教育及開展中美教育合作。感謝浙江大學教育學院徐禎在翻譯方面為本文作出的貢獻。
[Abstract]:Professor Michael D. Eisner College of Education, current dean of the Eisner School of Education, Professor Michael E. Spagnaan, is also president of the Board of Directors of the School of Education at California State University. Director of the Institute of Higher Education Consortium for the LA Compact, "teacher Development in Mathematics and Science", President of the Los Angeles Regional Union of higher Education institutions, who led the Carnegie Foundation at CSUN. The New Age teacher program, funded by the Annenberg Foundation and the Ford Foundation, The Center for Research and Development of Teaching and Learning, which focuses on innovative teaching and improving the quality of educators, has been established with the support of the Eisner Education Foundation of Disney Company. The Center for Teaching and Learning Learning is the chief professor of the center. He was previously awarded the Beiling School Award for Excellence in Teaching and served as Chairman of the Council of Professors. Professor Spagner is planning to build the CSUN Center for Comparative Education. To learn more about the center's plans and the latest developments in the fields of teacher education, special education, cognitive psychology, etc. In an interview with Professor Spagner, Professor Spagner believes that China and the United States have broad scope for cooperation in the field of education. Learning from each other is important to both. The Eisner Institute of Education wants to establish a center for comparative education.
