【摘要】：中美兩國于2010年、2009年分別頒布了新的教育規(guī)劃綱要和法案,都對本國的薄弱學(xué)校改造問題予以充分關(guān)注。通過對兩國在新形勢下各自采取的薄弱學(xué)校改造模式及其影響效果進(jìn)行比較研究后得到啟示:在改進(jìn)薄弱學(xué)校改造模式和提升改造效果方面我國應(yīng)更多借助和發(fā)揮"人"的作用,對薄弱學(xué)校進(jìn)行徹底的改革。
[Abstract]:On 2010 and 2009, China and the United States promulgated a new outline and bill for education planning. Through the comparative study of the weak school reform model and its influence effect adopted by the two countries under the new situation, we can get the enlightenment: to improve the weak school reform. In terms of models and improving the effects of transformation, China should make more use of and give full play to the role of "human". Carry out a thorough reform of weak schools.
