【摘要】：建國十七年的人民教師,在無產(chǎn)階級(jí)政治的指導(dǎo)下,用理想與激情形塑了一代師者的精神群像。面對(duì)艱苦的物質(zhì)條件,他們不計(jì)個(gè)人得失,憑借堅(jiān)定的革命信仰、忘我的奉獻(xiàn)精神和積極的生活態(tài)度,推動(dòng)了新中國教育事業(yè)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,塑造并提升了整個(gè)民族的政治意識(shí)和政黨認(rèn)同。回顧那段歷史,總結(jié)其中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),對(duì)當(dāng)下的教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of proletarian politics, the people's teachers of the 17th century shaped the spiritual image of a generation of teachers with ideals and passion. In the face of difficult material conditions, they relied on their firm revolutionary beliefs, regardless of their personal gain or loss. The selfless dedication and positive attitude towards life have promoted the steady development of the educational cause of the people's Republic of China, molded and enhanced the political consciousness and political party identity of the whole nation, reviewed that period of history, summed up the experience and lessons learned from it, It is of positive practical significance to the construction of teachers.
