【摘要】：標準化作為一種現代管理方法和治理機制,對實現義務教育公共服務均衡、提升義務教育質量、促進教育公平具有重要意義。本文從公共服務供給的視角出發(fā),以多中心理論為基礎,圍繞政府、學校、教師、學生、家長和社會六個維度構建了義務教育公共服務標準化指標體系的框架,以為地方義務教育發(fā)展提供新的思路和工具。
[Abstract]:Standardization, as a modern management method and governance mechanism, is of great significance in realizing the public service balance of compulsory education, improving the quality of compulsory education and promoting educational fairness. On the basis of multi-center theory, this paper constructs the framework of standardized index system of public service of compulsory education in the six dimensions of government, school, teacher, student, parent and society, which provides new ideas and tools for the development of local compulsory education.
