基于“向兒童學習”教育立場下的教師隊伍建設探討

【摘要】:教師隊伍建設是學校發(fā)展永恒的主題,教師素質則體現了一所學校的軟實力,是學校的核心競爭力。當前,教師的"專業(yè)"飽受質疑,教師隊伍建設需要教師的專業(yè)化成長,"專業(yè)化"說明教師需要一個動態(tài)的發(fā)展過程。小學教師的專業(yè)對象是兒童、是學生,專業(yè)內容是引導兒童如何學習,對教師隊伍建設的思考要回到這個原點,從探討教師自我學習、自我教育開始。
[Abstract]:The construction of teachers is the eternal theme of school development, and the quality of teachers reflects the soft power of a school and the core competitiveness of the school. At present, the "specialty" of teachers is questioned, the construction of teachers needs the professional growth of teachers, and "specialization" means that teachers need a dynamic development process. The professional object of primary school teachers is children and students, and the professional content is to guide children to learn. The thinking on the construction of teachers should go back to this origin, starting with the discussion of teachers' self-learning and self-education.
