揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)體育場地器材設(shè)施配備與利用研究

【摘要】：小學(xué)體育是學(xué)校體育的重要基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),是我國整個學(xué)校教育體系中的重要組成部分,小學(xué)體育對于組織指導(dǎo)學(xué)生的體育鍛煉,促進(jìn)學(xué)生智力水平的發(fā)育,保障學(xué)生的身心健康,促進(jìn)學(xué)生德、智、體、美、勞的全面發(fā)展具有重要的不可替代的作用。小學(xué)體育的開展離不開必要的、適宜的體育場地器材設(shè)施,體育場地器材設(shè)施是保證學(xué)校體育工作正常開展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),因此國家對學(xué)校體育場地器材設(shè)施制定了的配備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文依據(jù)《江蘇省中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)裝備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(小學(xué))部分及《中小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施配備目錄》中一類必配類的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過對江蘇省揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)的體育場地器材設(shè)施與利用情況進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和實地考察,旨在了解目前江蘇省揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)體育場地器材設(shè)施配備與利用現(xiàn)狀與問題,對其進(jìn)行深入分析,并提出對策,進(jìn)而更好的促進(jìn)小學(xué)體育場地器材設(shè)施完善與利用,真正做到場地器材設(shè)施為學(xué)生所用,為推動學(xué)校體育工作所服務(wù)。本文以揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)體育場地器材設(shè)施的配備與利用為研究對象；以揚(yáng)州市區(qū)隨機(jī)抽取樣本學(xué)校學(xué)生、體育教師、體育教研組長為調(diào)查對象。采用了實地考察、學(xué)生問卷、教師問卷、訪談等方法,了解現(xiàn)狀,分析問題,找出原因,進(jìn)而提出解決問題的思路與方法。通過問卷調(diào)查、實地考查與面訪,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)目前揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)體育場地器材設(shè)施配備有以下問題：第一是揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)體育場地的配備問題：揚(yáng)州市區(qū)的小學(xué)體育場地人均面積存在著不足、體育場地規(guī)格過于成人化、體育場地的數(shù)量較少不能達(dá)到最基本的小學(xué)體育場地配備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第二是揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施的配備問題：揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)配備的體育器材設(shè)施存在著體育器材設(shè)施種類不齊全、數(shù)量不足、規(guī)格成人化的問題。第三是揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)體育場地器材設(shè)施的利用問題：在體育與健康課、課外體育鍛煉、課外運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練、校內(nèi)體育競賽中排球場地的經(jīng)常使用率不超過30%,室內(nèi)場地的經(jīng)常使用率不超過30%。數(shù)據(jù)表明了,排球場地和室內(nèi)體育場館沒有得到充分的利用。體育與健康課上經(jīng)常使用單雙杠、山羊跳箱、跳高設(shè)施的人數(shù)比率不足20%,從不使用山羊跳箱的比率達(dá)66.25%,數(shù)據(jù)說明了,揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué),部分體育器材設(shè)施利用嚴(yán)重不足,尤其是體操類器材如：山羊跳箱、單雙杠、跳高器材設(shè)施。第四是揚(yáng)州市區(qū)小學(xué)體育場地器材設(shè)施配備與小學(xué)體育理念、體育與健康課程、課外體育鍛煉以及小學(xué)生身心發(fā)展不相適應(yīng)的問題：體育教師在選取體育場地器材設(shè)施考慮安全性、教學(xué)需要、學(xué)校條件的人數(shù)比率均達(dá)90%及以上水平,其中考慮安全性原因的比率達(dá)到了93.75%,考慮學(xué)�，F(xiàn)有配備的條件的人數(shù)比率占95%,考慮學(xué)生需要原因比率也達(dá)到了73.75%。數(shù)據(jù)表明,教師認(rèn)為學(xué)校體育場地器材設(shè)施的配備應(yīng)符合學(xué)生需要,多方面考慮,如：器材設(shè)施的安全性、學(xué)校的配備條件、教學(xué)的需要等。基于對于揚(yáng)州市小學(xué)體育場地器材設(shè)備的調(diào)查與實地考察發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題及其原因分析,作者提出以下建議：1.面臨體育場地人均面積不足的學(xué)校應(yīng)當(dāng)適當(dāng)控制班級軌制(規(guī)模),合理規(guī)劃校內(nèi)平坦空場地；政府增加資金投入擴(kuò)建學(xué)校體育場地,學(xué)校管理者加大對體育場地規(guī)劃的支出。2.部分體育場地器材設(shè)施成人化的問題,學(xué)校應(yīng)重新合理規(guī)劃體育場地器材設(shè)施的規(guī)格,根據(jù)小學(xué)生身心發(fā)展水平設(shè)計體育場地器材設(shè)施的規(guī)格。3.體育器材種類不全、數(shù)量不足的學(xué)校應(yīng)積極鼓勵教師開發(fā)自制體育器材設(shè)施,豐富體育器材設(shè)施的種類,同時學(xué)校管理者對于體育器材設(shè)施的經(jīng)費也要給予支持。4.部分體育場地器材設(shè)施利用不足的問題,學(xué)校要合理分配使用體育場地,像室內(nèi)體育場地要在惡劣天氣時更加充分利用起來,體育器材設(shè)施則是教會學(xué)生安全使用,鼓勵學(xué)生多加利用。5.要適當(dāng)修改關(guān)于小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施的配備標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不符合學(xué)生興趣、不被教師選取的體育器材設(shè)施,應(yīng)當(dāng)減少配備或者不配備該類體育器材設(shè)施。

Through the questionnaire, the field examination and the interview, the result shows that the present equipment and facilities in the primary school of Yangzhou city are equipped with the following problems: the first is the problem of the provision of the sports ground in the primary school in Yangzhou city: the average per-capita area of the primary school sports field in the city of Yangzhou is not enough, The specification of the sports field is too adult, and the number of sports sites is less than that of the most basic physical and sports field. The second is the problem of the provision of sports equipment in the primary school in Yangzhou city. The facilities and facilities of the sports equipment in the primary school of Yangzhou are not complete, the quantity is insufficient, the size of the equipment is the problem. The third is the utilization of the facilities of the sports facilities in the primary school in the city of Yangzhou: in the course of physical education and health, out-of-class physical training, after-class exercise training, the regular utilization rate of the volleyball court in the sports competition in the school is not more than 30%, and the regular utilization rate of the indoor space is not more than 30%. The data shows that the volleyball court and the indoor sports venues are not fully utilized.
