【摘要】：正圍繞課程實施,哪些制度需要創(chuàng)新、怎樣創(chuàng)新與調(diào)整、如何落實,眾說紛紜,仁智各見。制度規(guī)范課程實施行為,制度促進課程實踐創(chuàng)新,制度體現(xiàn)課程深化的目標與進程,制度體現(xiàn)即時動態(tài)更新……在一線教師的眼中,課程改革實施背景下學校管理的變化是什么?體現(xiàn)育人目標落實的制度重構(gòu)、完善、創(chuàng)
[Abstract]:Around the implementation of the curriculum, which systems need innovation, how to innovate and adjust, how to implement, there are different opinions, benevolence and wisdom. The system standardizes the curriculum implementation behavior, the system promotes the curriculum practice innovation, the system embodies the curriculum deepening goal and the process, the system embodies the real time dynamic renewal. In the eyes of front-line teachers, what is the change of school management under the background of curriculum reform implementation? The system reconstruction, perfection and creation reflecting the implementation of the goal of educating people.
