【摘要】：日本小學(xué)教師培養(yǎng)體系面向小學(xué)教育現(xiàn)場,實踐性強,培養(yǎng)以本科層次為主的全科教師。教師培養(yǎng)課程一般包括跨學(xué)科的通識課程、豐富而具體的教職課程、扁平化的教科課程以及開放和豐富的自由選擇課程等。日本小學(xué)教師培養(yǎng)對我國卓越小學(xué)全科教師有如下啟示:建構(gòu)與專業(yè)教育融通的、高質(zhì)量的通識教育課程體系;聚焦小學(xué)教育實踐,整合學(xué)科課程和教育課程;面向小學(xué)和社會,提高小學(xué)教師培養(yǎng)的開放性。
[Abstract]:The primary school teacher training system in Japan is oriented to the field of primary school education and has a strong practice, and the training of all-discipline teachers is mainly at the undergraduate level. Teacher training courses generally include interdisciplinary general courses, rich and specific teaching courses, flat teaching courses and open and rich courses of free choice and so on. The training of Japanese primary school teachers has the following enlightenments: to construct a high-quality curriculum system of general education integrated with professional education, to focus on the practice of primary school education, to integrate subject curriculum and educational curriculum, and to build up a curriculum system of general education which is integrated with professional education. Facing the primary school and the society, improving the openness of the primary school teacher training.
