河南省信陽(yáng)市X縣小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:縣域內(nèi)義務(wù)教育學(xué)校教師交流輪崗工作推進(jìn)過(guò)程中,各級(jí)主管部門(mén)將重點(diǎn)放在如何推動(dòng)教師參與流動(dòng)上,關(guān)注較多的是如何將教師留下來(lái)的層面,忽視了所有流動(dòng)教師必然遭遇和應(yīng)對(duì)的不同程度的適應(yīng)問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致流動(dòng)教師特別是優(yōu)秀教師的示范、引領(lǐng)和輻射作用未能得到充分地發(fā)揮,一定程度上影響了該制度的實(shí)施效果。本研究采用教育調(diào)查法對(duì)河南省信陽(yáng)市X縣小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,歸納總結(jié)出河南省信陽(yáng)市X縣小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀,并且對(duì)比與其他部分地區(qū)小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀的異同之處,結(jié)合河南省信陽(yáng)市X縣小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)其存在的問(wèn)題及成因進(jìn)行探析,提出相應(yīng)的改善或提升小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)水平的對(duì)策,促進(jìn)流動(dòng)教師健康發(fā)展,提高流入學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,為教育主管部門(mén)落實(shí)教師交流輪崗工作提供一定的參考和依據(jù)。本研究共分以下六章:第一章,緒論。本章首先介紹了本研究的問(wèn)題提出及研究意義,其次將本研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,再次對(duì)本研究的核心概念進(jìn)行了界定,最后介紹了本文的研究目標(biāo)和研究?jī)?nèi)容,并對(duì)應(yīng)分析了所采用的研究思路和研究方法。第二章,理論分析。探討小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)維度及其理論依據(jù)。第三章,調(diào)查研究。本研究將采用自編的《河南省信陽(yáng)市X縣小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,對(duì)河南省信陽(yáng)市X縣小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師的適應(yīng)情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。運(yùn)用SPSS17.0對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。第四章,問(wèn)題及成因分析。根據(jù)第三章的調(diào)查結(jié)果,結(jié)合已有的研究成果和河南省信陽(yáng)市X縣的實(shí)際情況,探討了X縣小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)存在問(wèn)題及成因。第五章,對(duì)策與建議。本章針對(duì)河南省信陽(yáng)市X縣小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的提升小學(xué)流動(dòng)教師適應(yīng)水平的對(duì)策。第六章,結(jié)論。本章將對(duì)此次調(diào)查研究的結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the exchange and rotation of teachers in compulsory education schools in the county, the competent departments at all levels will focus on how to promote the flow of teachers' participation, and pay more attention to the aspects of how to leave teachers behind. Ignoring the varying degrees of adaptation that all floating teachers will inevitably encounter and respond to, leading to the failure to give full play to the role of mobile teachers, especially excellent teachers, in guiding and radiating their role, To a certain extent, the effect of the implementation of the system has been affected. This research adopts the educational investigation method to investigate the current situation of primary school mobile teachers' adaptation in X County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, and makes statistical analysis on the data obtained, and sums up the present situation of the floating teachers' adaptation in X County Primary School in Xinyang City, Henan Province. And compared with other parts of the primary school floating teachers adapt to the status quo of similarities and differences, combined with the characteristics of primary school floating teachers adapt to Xinyang City, Henan Province, the existing problems and causes of analysis, This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve or promote the adaptation level of the floating teachers in primary schools, to promote the healthy development of the floating teachers, to improve the quality of education and teaching flowing into the schools, and to provide certain reference and basis for the departments in charge of education to carry out the work of teacher exchange and rotation. This study is divided into the following six chapters: chapter one, introduction. This chapter first introduces the problem and significance of this study, then summarizes the relevant literature, then defines the core concept of this study, and finally introduces the research objectives and research contents of this paper. At the same time, the research ideas and methods used in this paper are analyzed. Chapter two, theoretical analysis. This paper discusses the evaluation dimension of primary school mobile teachers' adaptation and its theoretical basis. Chapter three, investigation and research. In this study, the adaptation of floating teachers in X county of Xinyang City, Henan Province, was investigated by using the self-designed questionnaire of Primary School floating Teachers' adaptation in Xinyang City, Henan Province. SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis of the survey data. The fourth chapter, the problem and the cause of formation analysis. According to the results of the investigation in chapter 3, combined with the existing research results and the actual situation of X County in Xinyang City, Henan Province, this paper probes into the existing problems and causes of the floating teachers' adaptation to the primary schools in X County of Henan Province. Chapter V, countermeasures and suggestions. Aiming at the problems existing in primary school floating teachers' adaptation in X County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, this chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the adaptation level of primary school floating teachers. Chapter VI, conclusions. This chapter will summarize the results of this investigation.
