靖邊縣農(nóng)村小學校本課程開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及改進策略研究

【摘要】:伴隨著新一輪基礎教育課程改革規(guī)劃綱要的實施,校本課程的開發(fā)得到了廣大學者的重視。農(nóng)村小學的校本課程^u發(fā)不但可以促進農(nóng)村學生的身心發(fā)展,而且還可以促進農(nóng)村學校形成自己的特色。然而,農(nóng)村小學的校本課程開發(fā)還存在很多的問題,這些問題的存在嚴重制約了農(nóng)村小學的校本課程開發(fā)進程和效果,對于這些問題的思考是本研究撰寫的出發(fā)點。本研究以靖邊縣農(nóng)村小學為研究對象,綜合運用了問卷法和訪談法,主要從政策了解情況、專家指導情況、教師了解和參與校本課程開發(fā)的情況、教師開發(fā)校本課程的能力情況、校本課程的評價制度以及校本課程開發(fā)的經(jīng)費保障情況六個維度對靖邊縣農(nóng)村小學校本課程開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀做了調(diào)研。通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),存在的主要問題有:一是校本課程開發(fā)的政策落實不力;二是缺乏校本課程開發(fā)的專業(yè)指導力量;三是教師參與校本課程開發(fā)的主動性偏低及能力不足;四是校本課程開發(fā)的質量不高;五是校本課程開發(fā)的條件建設滯后。針對靖邊縣農(nóng)村小學校本課程開發(fā)存在的問題,在已有的研究成果和新的調(diào)研基礎上進行原因分析,本研究嘗試性地提出了改進靖邊縣農(nóng)村小學校本課程開發(fā)的策略:提高認識,完善和落實校本課程開發(fā)政策;健全校本課程開發(fā)的指導交流機制;健全動力機制,提高教師開發(fā)校本課程的主動性;加強學習培訓,強化教師開發(fā)校本課程的能力建設;健全評價機制,保證校本課程開發(fā)質量以及充分利用適合自身的課程資源,努力獲取經(jīng)費支持。期望本研究可以為靖邊縣農(nóng)村小學的校本課程開發(fā)提供理論和實踐方面的參考,進一步地促進靖邊縣農(nóng)村小學校本課程的開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of a new round of basic education curriculum reform program, the development of school-based curriculum has been paid more and more attention by many scholars. School-based curriculum in rural primary schools can not only promote the physical and mental development of rural students, but also promote rural schools to form their own characteristics. However, there are still many problems in the development of school-based curriculum in rural primary schools. The existence of these problems seriously restricts the process and effect of school-based curriculum development in rural primary schools, and the thinking of these problems is the starting point of this study. This research takes the rural primary school in Jingbian County as the research object, uses the questionnaire method and the interview method synthetically, mainly from the policy understanding situation, the expert guidance situation, the teacher understands and participates in the school-based curriculum development situation, The situation of teachers' ability to develop school-based curriculum, the evaluation system of school-based curriculum and the financial guarantee of school-based curriculum development have made a survey on the current situation of school-based curriculum development in rural primary schools in Jingbian County. The main problems are as follows: first, the policy implementation of school-based curriculum development is not effective; the second is the lack of professional guidance for school-based curriculum development; the third is the low initiative and insufficient ability of teachers to participate in school-based curriculum development; Fourth, the quality of school-based curriculum development is not high; fifth, the condition construction of school-based curriculum development lags behind. In view of the problems existing in the curriculum development of rural primary schools in Jingbian County, this paper analyzes the reasons on the basis of the existing research results and new investigation. This study attempts to put forward the strategies to improve the curriculum development of rural primary schools in Jingbian County: raising awareness, perfecting and implementing the policy of school-based curriculum development; Improve the guiding and communicating mechanism of school-based curriculum development, improve the dynamic mechanism, enhance the initiative of teachers to develop school-based curriculum, strengthen learning and training, strengthen the capacity-building of teachers to develop school-based curriculum; Improve the evaluation mechanism, ensure the quality of school-based curriculum development, make full use of the curriculum resources suitable for themselves, and strive to obtain financial support. It is expected that this study can provide theoretical and practical references for the development of school-based curriculum in rural primary schools in Jingbian County, and further promote the development of school-based curriculum in rural primary schools in Jingbian County.
