新課程理念背景下志丹縣小學(xué)教師教學(xué)反思的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:本文首先根據(jù)志丹縣教育的實(shí)際情況提出問題;其次運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法,呈現(xiàn)了國內(nèi)外教師教學(xué)反思研究的背景,在此基礎(chǔ)上論述了反思、教學(xué)反思、以及教學(xué)反思的內(nèi)容、方式、分類、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和特征等內(nèi)容;然后在總結(jié)分析問卷和訪談稿的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析了志丹縣小學(xué)教師教學(xué)反思的現(xiàn)狀,提出他們?cè)诮虒W(xué)反思中存在的問題,比如對(duì)教學(xué)反思的認(rèn)識(shí)程度粗淺、反思意思淡薄、反思方法陳舊且單一、反思以課后為主、學(xué)校未能營造良好的反思氛圍等,隨后對(duì)影響小學(xué)教師進(jìn)行有效教學(xué)反思的因素進(jìn)行主客觀兩方面的分析;最后,從當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際情況出發(fā),參考有關(guān)教學(xué)反思國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀范例,提出提高教師教學(xué)反思能力和水平的主客觀對(duì)策和建議,主觀對(duì)策第一是:轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)教育觀念,樹立正確的教育觀,第二是:增強(qiáng)教學(xué)反思意識(shí),養(yǎng)成良好的反思習(xí)慣,第三是:拓寬積極地反思途徑,改善反思效果,第四是:提高自我效能感,客觀對(duì)策第一是:營造良好的教學(xué)反思氛圍,第二是:管理者帶頭反思,榜樣示人,第三是:依托現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)促進(jìn)教學(xué)反思,第四是:創(chuàng)設(shè)教學(xué)反思的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)。筆者期望通過對(duì)志丹縣小學(xué)教師教學(xué)反思現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究,提出解決教師教學(xué)反思問題行之有效的對(duì)策,推動(dòng)有效的教學(xué)反思策略,不斷促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Firstly, according to the actual situation of education in Zhidan County, this paper puts forward some questions. Secondly, using the method of literature review, it presents the background of domestic and foreign teachers' teaching reflection research. On this basis, it discusses the contents, methods, classification, evaluation criteria and characteristics of reflection, teaching reflection and teaching reflection. Then, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing questionnaires and interview manuscripts, this paper analyzes the present situation of teaching reflection of primary school teachers in Zhidan County, and points out the problems they have in teaching reflection, such as the superficial understanding of teaching reflection and the weak meaning of reflection. The reflection method is outmoded and single, the reflection is mainly after class, and the school fails to create a good atmosphere of reflection, then the factors influencing the effective teaching reflection of primary school teachers are analyzed from two aspects: subjective and objective; Finally, starting from the local actual situation, referring to the excellent examples of teaching reflection at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the subjective and objective countermeasures and suggestions to improve teachers' ability and level of teaching reflection. The subjective countermeasures are: first, to change the traditional educational concept, The second is to strengthen the consciousness of teaching reflection and develop good reflective habits. The third is to broaden the positive reflection ways and to improve the reflection effect. The fourth is to improve the sense of self-efficacy. The first is to create a good atmosphere of teaching reflection, the second is to take the lead in reflection by managers, the third is to rely on modern educational technology to promote teaching reflection, and the fourth is to create a dynamic system for teaching reflection. The author hopes that through the investigation and research on the present situation of teaching reflection of primary school teachers in Zhidan County, the author will put forward effective countermeasures to solve the problem of teachers' teaching reflection, promote effective teaching reflection strategies, and continuously promote the development of teachers' specialization.
