【摘要】：促進少年兒童個性發(fā)展是少先隊教育的應有之義。當前學校少先隊活動在促進少年兒童的個性發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)了一些問題,需要引起重視。通過樹立個性化教育理念為少先隊活動提供良好的氛圍,努力培養(yǎng)和塑造個性鮮明的少先隊輔導員,注重學生的主體性和主動性的發(fā)揮,培養(yǎng)少年兒童的自我教育能力四個方面的改進,有助于少先隊員個性的良好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Promoting the development of children's personality is the proper meaning of the Young Pioneers' education. At present, there are some problems in promoting the development of children's personality in the activities of the Young Pioneers, which need to be paid more attention to. Through the establishment of individualized education concept to provide a good atmosphere for the activities of the Young Pioneers, strive to cultivate and shape the distinctive personality of Young Pioneers counselors, pay attention to the students' subjectivity and initiative play, The improvement of self-education ability of young children is helpful to the development of young pioneers' personality.
