壽光市小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)代小學(xué)音樂(lè)教育過(guò)程中音樂(lè)課堂教學(xué)和音樂(lè)課外活動(dòng)是相互促進(jìn),相輔相成的,F(xiàn)如今單一的音樂(lè)課堂教學(xué)已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足學(xué)生們探索新鮮事物的好奇心,也無(wú)法幫助學(xué)生們找到屬于自己的興趣愛(ài)好,一節(jié)好的音樂(lè)課堂教學(xué)不僅能激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)音樂(lè)的美好愿望,還能夠促使他們產(chǎn)生積極參加音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。同時(shí),小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)對(duì)學(xué)生的音樂(lè)學(xué)習(xí)也會(huì)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響,并且能夠幫助他們樹(shù)立自信心,提高個(gè)人綜合能力。隨著音樂(lè)教育課程改革的深入,在中國(guó)一線二線城市,小學(xué)音樂(lè)教育快速發(fā)展,特別是小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)已經(jīng)非常普及并在音樂(lè)教育領(lǐng)域占據(jù)重要地位,而在縣級(jí)城市,小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)是否符合國(guó)家教育部門(mén)的要求,其開(kāi)展工作如何呢?通過(guò)對(duì)一系列問(wèn)題的思考,筆者決定對(duì)山東省壽光市小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀展開(kāi)調(diào)查和研究,期望能調(diào)查出小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)在縣級(jí)市的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。壽光市的中小學(xué)教育水平這幾年得到了很大的提高,對(duì)教育教學(xué)投入很大,對(duì)音樂(lè)教學(xué)方面的投入也不少,壽光市小學(xué)音樂(lè)課堂教學(xué)成績(jī)顯著,但是深入觀察作為小學(xué)音樂(lè)課外活動(dòng)的音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展的很不理想,通過(guò)對(duì)壽光市小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在現(xiàn)階段壽光市小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展中,仍然存在著一些問(wèn)題。由于壽光各地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不平衡性,對(duì)音樂(lè)教育的各種投入和師資配備上也便存在著很大的差異。對(duì)此,本論文針對(duì)壽光市小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)展開(kāi)調(diào)查,并采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地考察法、訪談法等方法進(jìn)行研究,提出一些合理的解決策略,為小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展提供一定的幫助。本文主要從四個(gè)部分來(lái)論述:第一部分主要是對(duì)理論的研究,對(duì)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的研究背景、研究的意義以及社團(tuán)的含義,音樂(lè)社團(tuán)的含義以及音樂(lè)社團(tuán)的研究現(xiàn)狀,小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的概念及意義進(jìn)行論述,第二部分主要是對(duì)小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)地調(diào)查,包括對(duì)已經(jīng)開(kāi)展和未開(kāi)展音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)學(xué)校教師與學(xué)生的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,包括對(duì)教師訪談內(nèi)容的調(diào)查,以及對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談結(jié)果的整理和分析。第三部分主要根據(jù)以上的調(diào)查結(jié)果和分析,提出壽光市小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)現(xiàn)階段存在問(wèn)題,第四部分是針對(duì)以上的出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出一些發(fā)展對(duì)策,力求對(duì)壽光市小學(xué)音樂(lè)社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展提出一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:Music classroom teaching and music extracurricular activities promote each other and complement each other in the process of music education in modern primary schools. Today, a single class of music teaching is far from satisfying students' curiosity to explore new things, nor can they help them find their own interests. A good music classroom teaching can not only stimulate students' good desire to learn music, but also stimulate them to take an active part in music club activities. At the same time, music club activities in primary schools also have a profound impact on students' music learning, and can help them to build up self-confidence and improve their comprehensive ability. With the deepening of the curriculum reform of music education, in China's first-tier and second-tier cities, the music education of primary schools has developed rapidly, especially the activities of music associations in primary schools have become very popular and occupy an important position in the field of music education, while in county-level cities, Does the music association of primary school meet the requirements of the national education department, and how does it carry out its work? Through thinking about a series of problems, the author decides to investigate and study the current situation of music association activities in Shouguang City, Shandong Province, hoping to find out the development situation of music association in the county level. Shouguang City's primary and secondary education level has been greatly improved in recent years. It has invested a lot in education and teaching, as well as in music teaching. Shouguang City has achieved remarkable achievements in music classroom teaching in primary schools. However, through the investigation of the current situation of primary school music associations in Shouguang City, it is found that in the development of music association activities of primary schools in Shouguang City at the present stage, it is not ideal to carry out music association activities as an extracurricular activity of music in primary schools. There are still some problems. Due to the imbalance of economic development in Shouguang, there are great differences in the investment of music education and the allocation of teachers. In view of this, this paper aims at the Shouguang primary school music association activity to carry on the investigation, and adopts the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, the field investigation method, the interview method and so on the method carries on the research, proposes some reasonable solution strategy, To provide some help for the development of music club activities in primary school. This paper mainly discusses from four parts: the first part is the research on the theory, the research background, the significance of the research and the meaning of the community, the meaning of the music community and the current research situation of the music association. The second part is a field investigation of the current situation of music association activities in primary schools, including a questionnaire survey of school teachers and students who have or do not carry out music association activities. It includes the investigation of teachers' interview content, the collation and analysis of the questionnaire and the interview results. The third part mainly according to the above investigation result and analysis, proposed Shouguang primary school music association activity present stage existence question, the fourth part is to aim at the above appearing question to propose some development countermeasure, In order to Shouguang City primary school music community activities to put forward some help.
