學(xué)校規(guī)模對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)影響的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:本研究以北京市223所小學(xué)的19,411名五年級(jí)學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,采用多層線性模型深入分析學(xué)校規(guī)模對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)的影響,結(jié)論如下:(1)學(xué)校規(guī)模與學(xué)校合格率、學(xué)校增值分?jǐn)?shù)間存在著正線性關(guān)系,學(xué)校規(guī)模越大,學(xué)校合格率越高,學(xué)校增值分?jǐn)?shù)越高。(2)就學(xué)校規(guī)模對(duì)于學(xué)校合格率的影響情況而言,在不控制學(xué)校地域、學(xué)校社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、學(xué)生性別、學(xué)生戶籍類別、學(xué)生家庭社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的條件下,規(guī)模810人的學(xué)校合格率顯著高于規(guī)!810人的學(xué)校;在控制上述背景變量條件下,各類規(guī)模學(xué)校間的合格率不存在規(guī)律性顯著性差異,即不存在學(xué)校規(guī)模影響學(xué)校合格率的質(zhì)性變化臨界線。(3)就學(xué)校規(guī)模對(duì)于學(xué)校增值分?jǐn)?shù)的影響情況而言,在不控制和控制上述背景變量條件下,各類規(guī)模學(xué)校間的學(xué)校增值分?jǐn)?shù)均不存在規(guī)律性的顯著性差異,即不存在學(xué)校規(guī)模影響學(xué)校增值分?jǐn)?shù)的質(zhì)性變化臨界線。
[Abstract]:In this study, 19411 fifth grade students from 223 primary schools in Beijing were selected as the research objects. The effects of school size on students' academic achievement were analyzed by multilevel linear model. The conclusions are as follows: (1) school size and school pass rate; There is a positive linear relationship between the school value-added scores, the larger the school size, the higher the school pass rate and the higher the school value-added score.
