【摘要】：在吸納我國(guó)古典教育智慧,反思當(dāng)下教育現(xiàn)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,東北師大附小確立了率性教育的辦學(xué)理念。"率性教育"就是在遵循兒童身心發(fā)展規(guī)律和特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上促進(jìn)兒童發(fā)展的教育。其辦學(xué)理念倡導(dǎo)保護(hù)天性:讓教育復(fù)歸童年;尊重個(gè)性:辦適合學(xué)生的教育;培養(yǎng)社會(huì)性:為合格公民奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of absorbing the wisdom of classical education in our country and reflecting on the present educational reality, the idea of running a school in the junior high school attached to Northeast normal University has been established. " Spontaneous education "is to promote children's development on the basis of following the laws and characteristics of children's physical and mental development." Its idea of running a school advocates protecting nature: making education return to childhood; respecting personality: running education suitable for students; cultivating sociality; laying the foundation for qualified citizens.
