新疆烏魯木齊市小學大課間體育活動的調查研究

【摘要】:隨著陽光體育運動的開展,在使學生達到每天一個小時的鍛煉時間的新目標下,教育工作者對傳統(tǒng)課間操進行開發(fā)擴充,同時和“體育、藝術2+1項目”相結合,不但形成自己的特色,而且有利于達到讓每一個學生在九年義務教育階段能夠掌握兩項體育運動技能和一項藝術特長的目的。傳統(tǒng)課間操經過開發(fā)擴充形成大課間體育活動的新型活動形式,我國的學校體育工作進入新的階段。大課間體育活動在學校體育中的地位越來越重要,是實現全面素質教育的重要手段和措施。但是如何科學的開展大課間體育活動,如何使大課間體育活動發(fā)揮出應有的成效?成為眾多學者研究的重點。對烏魯木齊市大課間體育活動開展現狀進行調查研究,并結合調查結果,提出一些意見和建議,為烏魯木齊市科學的開展大課間體育活動提供參考依據。采用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、實地觀察法、個案分析法、數據統(tǒng)計法,對新疆烏魯木齊市16所小學的體育組領導、學校教師及學生共計1680人進行問卷調查,對學校大課間體育活動開展的基本狀況等進行調查分析。研究結果表明:1.80%以上的學校領導重視本校大課間體育活動的開展,能夠落實黨的教育方針和政策,積極開展大課間體育活動的實踐工作,多數學校能夠以“體育、藝術2+1”項目為依托,達到國家2011年4號文件規(guī)定的基本要求,保證大課間體育活動順利進行,以此推進素質教育的發(fā)展。學校大課間體育活動的特色項目開發(fā)成績卓越,學校體育項目的選擇基本能夠滿足學生需求,但是,組織管理以及其他方面的特色體現不是很突出,大部分學校沒有形成系統(tǒng)的管理體系。2.82.6%的學生“喜歡”或者“非常喜歡”大課間體育活動,75.1%的學生充分利用了大課間體育活動的運動時間,大部分的學生喜歡并且能夠積極遇到大課間體育活動中來。參加大課間體育活動的動機從學校制度的制約向自身需求轉變。性別影響體育項目的興趣選擇,男生最喜歡的項目多具有競爭性、對抗性等特點,女生最喜歡的項目相對來說競爭性、對抗性都比較小。3.學校在大課間體育活動的教育和宣傳工作上有欠缺,部分老師和學生對大課間體育活動沒有全面清楚的了解,場地器材短缺、集體活動偏多、組織管理不完善成為開展大課間體育活動中面臨的主要問題。4.大課間體育活動開展至今,仍然處于摸索開發(fā)階段,大課間體育活動的理論及實踐建設仍然是大課間體育活動的一個薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。根據研究結果中存在的問題,提出了:多種方法解決場地器材不足問題;組織管理規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化;大力開發(fā)特色項目;重視理論建設的策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of the sunshine sports, in order to make the students reach the new goal of one hour of daily exercise, the educators develop and expand the traditional exercises, and combine with "sports and art 2+1", which not only forms its own characteristics, but also helps to make every student in the nine year compulsory education stage. With the purpose of mastering two sports skills and an artistic skill, the traditional inter class exercises have been developed and expanded to form a new form of sports activities in the great class. The school sports work in our country has entered a new stage. The status of the sports activities in the large class is becoming more and more important in the school sports, and it is an important means to realize the overall quality education. But how to carry out the big class sports activities scientifically and how to make the sports activities in the big class play a due effect? It has become the focus of the research of many scholars. This paper investigates the present situation of the sports activities in Urumqi, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions in combination with the results of the investigation, which will open the science of Urumqi. By means of literature, questionnaire, field observation, case analysis, and data statistics, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the leadership of the sports groups in 16 primary schools in Urumqi, Xinjiang, and a total of 1680 school teachers and students. The results show that more than 1.80% of the school leaders attach importance to the development of sports activities in the major classes in the school, carry out the party's educational policies and policies, and actively carry out the practice of sports activities in the great classes. Most schools can rely on the "sports, art 2+1" project to meet the basic requirements stipulated in Document No. 4 of the country in 2011. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the large class sports activities, we can promote the development of quality education. The theory and practice of large class sports activities are still a thin course of physical activity in the big class. In the light of the problems in the research results, it is proposed that many methods are used to solve the problem of insufficient site equipment; the organization and management are standardized and systematized, and the characteristics of the project are vigorously developed, and the strategy of the construction of the theory is emphasized.
