【摘要】：少先隊(duì)組織對少先隊(duì)員實(shí)施教育主要是通過開展少先隊(duì)活動,少先隊(duì)活動是少先隊(duì)組織的生命。為了提高少先隊(duì)組織的生命力,黨的十八大以來,無論是黨中央對共青團(tuán)、少先隊(duì)的相關(guān)工作要求,還是在2017年2月頒發(fā)的《少.先隊(duì)改革方案》中,都強(qiáng)調(diào)少先隊(duì)活動需要注入新的活動理念來改革創(chuàng)新,開展具有生命力的少先隊(duì)活動。游戲精神正是在少先隊(duì)改革的時代背景下少先隊(duì)組織需要的新的活動理念,正契合改革創(chuàng)新少先隊(duì)活動的需要。不同時期以及不同的人對游戲精神有不同的理解。關(guān)于游戲精神在西方和中國不同時期有不同的表現(xiàn),游戲精神在教育領(lǐng)域指最能體現(xiàn)游戲的意境或特質(zhì)的狀態(tài),是人的自由、自主、體驗(yàn)、創(chuàng)造性生活方式的體現(xiàn),是人們追求的崇高理想的超越性境界,表現(xiàn)為自由、創(chuàng)造、體驗(yàn)、對話、和諧精神。融滲、彌漫、充溢在少先隊(duì)活動中的游戲精神運(yùn)用到少先隊(duì)活動中具有極大的教育價值,并且游戲精神與少先隊(duì)活動是相契合的。以游戲精神這一新視角指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動,需要結(jié)合少先隊(duì)的性質(zhì)和教育目標(biāo),構(gòu)建理論上游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動應(yīng)有的一般性流程。游戲精神為基礎(chǔ)開展少先隊(duì)活動需要特定的條件,需要從環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)、目標(biāo)構(gòu)建、動機(jī)激發(fā)三個層面指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動的準(zhǔn)備,從活動情境、活動體驗(yàn)、觀察與指導(dǎo)三個層面貫穿游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動的開展過程,并且以游戲精神為標(biāo)尺評價少先隊(duì)活動。少先隊(duì)活動不可能全都以游戲精神為指導(dǎo)按照理論上構(gòu)建的方式開展,需要做到結(jié)合具體實(shí)際構(gòu)建出游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動的一些具體化的實(shí)施方式。結(jié)合我國開展少先隊(duì)活動大都依托于重大節(jié)日的實(shí)際,以重大節(jié)日為抓手構(gòu)建游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動的具體實(shí)施方式。雖是具體實(shí)施方式但不會偏離游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動的一般流程,而是結(jié)合重大節(jié)日元素把游戲精神貫穿在重大節(jié)日依托的少先隊(duì)活動當(dāng)中。這不但要有以游戲精神指導(dǎo)的緊跟節(jié)日特點(diǎn)的設(shè)置系列活動主題、創(chuàng)建多元活動環(huán)境、構(gòu)想系列化活動目標(biāo)的活動準(zhǔn)備,更要做到活動中游戲精神貫穿的注重恰當(dāng)節(jié)日氛圍烘托、巧妙利用節(jié)日構(gòu)建豐富的層次性內(nèi)容、巧妙把握時間節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)想具有節(jié)日特色的系列性活動,活動后以游戲精神為標(biāo)尺做到對活動點(diǎn)和面的全面又多元化的評價。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法。通過文獻(xiàn)收集整理分析和調(diào)查研究,一方面可以驗(yàn)證理論上游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動流程構(gòu)建的合理性,另一方面可以在實(shí)踐層面揭示游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動開展的影響因素。影響游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動開展的因素,不但有國家政策和決議、學(xué)校物質(zhì)差距和重視程度、社會參與度等宏觀因素影響了游戲精神指導(dǎo)活動的力度與走向,更有環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)、活動內(nèi)容與情境、活動動機(jī)與行為、活動指導(dǎo)與評價等微觀因素具體影響著自由、創(chuàng)造、體驗(yàn)、對話、和諧精神能否真正融入少先隊(duì)活動,影響了游戲精神指導(dǎo)活動的質(zhì)量。建構(gòu)相應(yīng)的策略可以支撐游戲精神在少先隊(duì)活動中更好的推廣、運(yùn)用。要做到多角度從國家、學(xué)校、社會三個層面宏觀把控游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動的方向和力度,微觀上要從環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)能力、內(nèi)容豐富性和活動情境多樣化、活動動機(jī)、活動評價等多個層面抓游戲精神指導(dǎo)少先隊(duì)活動的細(xì)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the vitality of the young pioneers, the eighteen major party members, whether it is the Communist Youth League and the young pioneers, or the junior team reform program issued in February 2017. It is emphasized that the activities of the young pioneers need to be injected into the new concept of activity to reform and innovate and carry out the activities of the young pioneers with vitality. The spirit of the game is the new concept of activities needed by the young pioneers in the background of the reform of the young pioneers, and the needs of the reform and innovation of the pioneers. The spirit of the game has different understanding of the game spirit in different periods of the West and China. The spirit of the game in the field of education means the state of the artistic conception or characteristic of the game, the embodiment of human freedom, autonomy, experience and creative life style, the transcendental realm of the lofty ideals pursued by people, and the freedom and creation. Permeating, diffusing, permeating the spirit of play in the young pioneers activities have great educational value, and the spirit of the game is compatible with the activities of the young pioneers. Guiding the activities of the young pioneers with the new perspective of the game spirit needs to be combined with the nature of the young pioneers and the educational goals. The activities of the young pioneers mostly rely on the reality of the major festivals, and the concrete implementation of the game spirit guides the activities of the young pioneers with major festivals. Although it is a concrete implementation way, it will not deviate from the general process of guiding the activities of the young pioneers by the spirit of the game, but combine the spirit of the games with the major festival elements through the major festivals. In the activities of the young pioneers, it should not only have the theme of setting up a series of activities with the characteristics of the festival, which are guided by the spirit of the game, create a multi activity environment, conceive the activities of a series of activities, and do more to make the spirit of the game in the activity of the game to pay attention to the proper atmosphere of the festival, and to make a clever use of the festival to build a rich level of content. This study uses the literature method and the investigation method. On the one hand, we can verify the theory of the play spirit guiding the young pioneers. The rationality of the dynamic process construction, on the other hand, can reveal the influence factors of the play spirit guiding the young pioneers' activities in the practical level. The factors affecting the game spirit guiding the young pioneers' activities are not only the national policy and the resolution, the school material gap and the degree of attention, the participation degree of the society and other macro factors affect the spirit guidance of the game. The strength and direction of activities, more environment creation, activity content and situation, activity motivation and behavior, activity guidance and evaluation and other micro factors affect freedom, creation, experience, dialogue, and harmonious spirit can truly integrate into the activities of the young pioneers, and influence the quality of the game spirit guiding activities. The construction of corresponding strategies can support the game essence. In the activities of the young pioneers, God is better promoted and applied. The direction and strength of guiding the activities of the young pioneers by the control of game spirit from the three levels of state, school and society should be done from various angles. On the microcosmic level, the spirit guidance of the game should be taken from the creation ability of the environment, the richness of the content and the diversification of the activity situation, the motivation and the evaluation of activities.
