小學5-6年級體育課中體操類教學內(nèi)容構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:體操作為我國傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢項目,一直深受國家的重視,體操教學內(nèi)容作為小學體育中重要組成部分,隨著我國經(jīng)濟文化的不斷繁榮,小學體操并沒有隨之得到充足發(fā)展,盡管、國家出臺大量政策法規(guī),但沒有改變體操教學內(nèi)容在小學體育課中被邊緣化和在家長學生中被淡化的現(xiàn)狀。本文通過文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實驗法、測試法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對小學5-6年級體操教學內(nèi)容體操教學現(xiàn)狀、教學內(nèi)容重構(gòu)進行研究。得出了以下結(jié)論:①小學5-6年級體育課中的體操教學內(nèi)容尤其是器械類教學內(nèi)容開展現(xiàn)狀較差,主要原因在于專業(yè)器械的配備不足以及體育教師隊伍中體操專業(yè)教師占比過低而使難度大、危險性高的器械類體操教學內(nèi)容難以開展。②本文構(gòu)建了5-6年級體操類教學內(nèi)容,將難度大、要求高、難以開展的單杠等器械類體操教學內(nèi)容用其他簡單易行的跳繩、技巧、支撐跳躍、韻律活動等內(nèi)容所替代,形成了新的體操類教學內(nèi)容。③通過新的體操類教學內(nèi)容在體育課中的實驗運用,結(jié)合對實驗前后的學生體質(zhì)的測試成績的統(tǒng)計分析對比,實驗組的測試成績較對照組在1分鐘跳繩、仰臥起坐、坐位體前屈三方面有明顯提升,且實驗組在50、50*8兩個項目中學生之間的差距有所減小;說明新的體操類教學內(nèi)容促進了學生身體素質(zhì)的提高④新的體操類教學內(nèi)容提高了學生學習的積極性,大大激發(fā)了學生對體育課中體操類教學內(nèi)容學習的興趣。⑤學生身體素質(zhì)的提高及學生學習興趣的增強反映出學校體育課教學質(zhì)量在新的體操類教學內(nèi)容實施中有較大提升,
[Abstract]:As a traditional advantage item in our country, gymnastics has always been attached great importance to by the country. As an important part of primary school physical education, gymnastics teaching content has not been fully developed along with the prosperity of economy and culture in our country, although, The state has issued a large number of policies and regulations, but has not changed the current situation that gymnastics teaching contents are marginalized in physical education in primary schools and desalinated among parents and students. This paper studies the present situation and reconstruction of gymnastics teaching content in grade 5-6 of primary school by mathematical statistics, and draws the following conclusion: the present situation of gymnastics teaching content, especially the teaching content of instrument, is poor in grade 5-6 physical education of grade 5-6 in primary school No. 1. The main reason lies in the shortage of professional equipment and the low proportion of gymnastic teachers among PE teachers, which makes it difficult to carry out the teaching contents of gymnastics of grade 5-6, which is difficult to carry out in the teaching content of instrument gymnastics of high risk. 2. This paper constructs the teaching contents of gymnastics in grades 5-6. Through the new gymnastics teaching content in the physical education class experiment application, unifies the statistical analysis contrast to the student's physique test result before and after the experiment, Compared with the control group, the test results of the experimental group in 1 minute rope skipping, sit-ups, sitting position forward flexion were significantly improved, and the difference between the two items in the experimental group was reduced. It shows that the new teaching content of gymnastics promotes the improvement of students' physical fitness. 4 the new teaching content of gymnastics improves the enthusiasm of students in learning. 5. The improvement of students' physical fitness and the enhancement of students' interest in learning reflect that the teaching quality of physical education in school has been greatly improved in the implementation of the new gymnastics teaching content.
