輪滑運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)小學(xué)男生健康體適能影響的研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究結(jié)合當(dāng)前流行的輪滑運(yùn)動(dòng)與體適能的理論和實(shí)踐研究,對(duì)小學(xué)四年級(jí)男生進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行輪滑干預(yù)練習(xí)以及對(duì)照組無(wú)干預(yù)練習(xí)的測(cè)試結(jié)果分析比較,揭示輪滑運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)學(xué)生的健康體適能影響。研究方法:根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的需要,以蘇州市實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)四年級(jí)學(xué)生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,在四年級(jí)隨機(jī)抽取了40名男生,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組20名,對(duì)照組20名。對(duì)照組按照體育課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行體育課程學(xué)習(xí),不進(jìn)行過(guò)度干預(yù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組除課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)學(xué)習(xí)外,還要進(jìn)行課余輪滑練習(xí),每次練習(xí)時(shí)間為50分鐘,練習(xí)強(qiáng)度為65%-80%最大心率儲(chǔ)備,頻率為3次/周(周一、三、五)進(jìn)行練習(xí),時(shí)間為16周,約四個(gè)月左右。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后對(duì)安靜時(shí)心率、50米×8往返跑、肺活量、壘球、立定跳遠(yuǎn)、握力、坐位體前屈、身高、體重等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)試分析。研究結(jié)果:(1)心肺適能:在50米×8往返跑和肺活量方面實(shí)驗(yàn)組極顯著于對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后發(fā)生了極顯著性變化,對(duì)照組在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后無(wú)顯著性變化。而安靜時(shí)心率方面實(shí)驗(yàn)組前后和對(duì)照組前后以及組間相比均無(wú)顯著性變化。(2)肌力:在壘球、立定跳遠(yuǎn)和握力方面,實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后和對(duì)照組實(shí)驗(yàn)前后以及組間相比較均無(wú)顯著性變化。(3)柔韌適能:通過(guò)坐位體前屈測(cè)試,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在實(shí)驗(yàn)前后發(fā)生了顯著性變化,對(duì)照組前后無(wú)顯著性變化,而實(shí)驗(yàn)組對(duì)學(xué)生的柔韌性影響顯著于對(duì)照組。(4)身體成分:實(shí)驗(yàn)前后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的身高均有顯著性變化,而體重均沒(méi)有發(fā)生顯著性變化。在身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)上,實(shí)驗(yàn)組前后發(fā)生了顯著變化,對(duì)照組無(wú)顯著性變化,且實(shí)驗(yàn)組要顯著于對(duì)照組。研究結(jié)論:(1)輪滑運(yùn)動(dòng)能有效地提高小學(xué)生的心肺適能(2)輪滑運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)小學(xué)生肌肉適能影響無(wú)明顯效果(3)輪滑運(yùn)動(dòng)可以阻止學(xué)生柔韌素質(zhì)的下降,并且能提高學(xué)生機(jī)體的柔韌適能。(4)學(xué)生身高增長(zhǎng)幅度較大,但通過(guò)輪滑運(yùn)動(dòng),學(xué)生的身高增長(zhǎng)幅度會(huì)高于自然增長(zhǎng)幅度。輪滑運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠優(yōu)化學(xué)生的身體成分構(gòu)成,改善學(xué)生身體成分適能。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study combined with the current popular theory and practice of roller skating and physical fitness research, the fourth grade of primary school boys were tested. Through the analysis and comparison of the results of roller skating intervention exercise in the experimental group and the non-intervention exercise in the control group, the effects of roller skating exercise on the students' health fitness were revealed. Taking the fourth grade students of Suzhou Experimental Primary School as the experimental objects, 40 male students were randomly selected in the fourth grade, including 20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group. The control group studied the physical education curriculum according to the physical education curriculum standard. No excessive intervention. In the experimental group, in addition to the course standard study, the experimental group also had after-school roller skating exercises, each time for 50 minutes, the exercise intensity was 65-80% of the maximum heart rate reserve, the frequency was 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) to practice, The time is 16 weeks, about four months. After the experiment, the heart rate of 50 meters 脳 8 in quiet running, vital capacity, softball, standing long jump, grip strength, sitting forward flexion, height, Weight and other indexes were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the cardiopulmonary fitness: the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the 50 meters 脳 8 round trip running and vital capacity, and the experimental group had a very significant change before and after the experiment. There was no significant change in heart rate in the control group before and after the experiment, but there was no significant change in the heart rate between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment and between the two groups: in softball, standing long jump and grip strength, There was no significant change in flexibility of the experimental group before and after the experiment and the comparison between the control group and the experimental group. The results showed that there were significant changes in the experimental group before and after the experiment, but there was no significant change in the control group before and after the experiment. The body composition of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group. Before and after the experiment, the height of the experimental group and the control group had significant changes, but the body weight had no significant change. There were significant changes in the experimental group before and after, but no significant change in the control group. The experimental group should be significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: 1) the roller skating exercise can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary fitness of primary school students (2) the effect of roller skating exercise on the muscle fitness of primary school students has no obvious effect (3) the roller skating exercise can prevent the decline of students' flexibility. And can improve the flexibility of the student body fitness. 4) the student height growth range is large, but through roller skating, the students' height increase range will be higher than the natural increase range. Roller skating can optimize the composition of students' body composition. Improve the physical fitness of students.
